Sonic Drive-In is known for its outstanding customer service and food. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Orders are taken and fulfilled promptly, even during busy periods. The restaurant offers complimentary treats, such as a tray of candy, to guests. The food is delicious, with popular items like the Sonic smash burger and Route 44 slush, which can be enjoyed at half price if ordered through the app. Customers have noted that the food is consistently hot, fresh, and correctly prepared, reflecting a recent positive change possibly due to new management. While wait times at the drive-thru can sometimes be 5-10 minutes, the overall experience remains good. Whether it's a quick stop or a break from a long trip, Sonic Drive-In is a great place to visit.
