Medici Coffee offers a real style cappuccino, not the latte style found in other places, along with great croissants and friendly service. It’s a nice surprise to find such good coffee at the airport. The staff is quick and accommodating, especially when the short-haired lady with tattoos is working, as she provides fast and attentive service. While the cold-brew coffee was below average and overpriced, the above-average quality croissant helped redeem the experience. Despite the disappointing coffee, the latte was the best airport latte in Austin. Customers highly recommend trying their lattes with oat milk, which makes the nutty, dark flavor very creamy and smooth. Some have mentioned that the quality can vary, especially if the staff is not at their best, with long wait times sometimes affecting the experience. Overall, a visit to other locations is highly recommended based on this positive experience.
