Unintuitive self serve machines. I didn’t see one customer successfully get what they wanted out of half a dozen. No instructions.Then the machine went out of order while I was using it.Ok coffee once I managed to get it to give me something - not what I wanted but something. No creamer/sugar available so I assume if I read a manual there would be a way to get the machine to give me some - but there were no obvious options for this.+1 star for calm, friendly staff trying to...read full review
There's only one size for coffees (16 fl oz I think) but the coffee to ratio is very low (weak drinks, too much milk). If you get a coffee here, definitely add another shot of espresso, at least. I would prefer a small size beverage just to get the ratio right.
