WOW the hoops you have to jump through to get some extra sauce!! Super sarcastic young lady with the glasses handed me one at a time through the window when I asked for extra Arby's sauce. I said "could you just give me like 4?" and instead handed me two HUGE handfulls at once sarchastically. So unnecessary! Is there a sauce ration when I just paid $8 for a sandwich alone?!

These have to be the rudest drive through people. The person with lip piercing can't even say your welcome or thank you. Just rams your food through your window and doesn't ask if you need anything. Had to go back in because order was wrong again. Won't be back.

Once again, the order was wrong/incomplete. This time, I called and came back for the rest of my order. The last 3xs have had issues. Each time, I have gone months without returning due to the inability to complete order AS ordered. Nothing special. I LOVE Arby's! Absolutely LOVE it! Just can not seem to get the service and quality I have been used to at OTHER locations. Extremely disappointing! Hope ya'll figure it out sometime SOON! Guess I'll just have to drive to a different one in Texoma. The little girl that took my order was great. When I came back to get my missing Frenchdip sandwich, the manager DID apologize and said it was her fault. She was training and missed it. The order was completed.
