Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Waited 22 freaking min for a bowl of chili and a burger, when asked they said oh yeah we had to make more chili. Poor service, when I asked for money back on chili the assistant manager had a attitude! I am the one that should be angry I could have had a steak dinner fixed quicker!!! Worst braums I have ever been to!

The dairy store is very good

I don’t have a Braum’s near where I live so I was excited to get a frozen custard visiting the area. It was delicious. I unintentionally ate the whole thing!! Went through the drive through, the young man working the drive through was very friendly and welcoming. Confirmed the order at the speaker and the window. Thank you!!

My daughters order was missing so went inside to get it, just for the burger to have something white and watery all over it when it was supposed to be a plain kids burger. Definitely not worth $60 considering halfway through the night everyone that ate braums in my family got sick. Seeing how dirty their floors were, I'm guessing hygiene isn't followed properly at this store. 0/10 definitely avoid!

The food here is great. I never realized that these restaurants have grocery stores in them too.

Well stocked and managed. Clean. Super friendly and helpful staff throughout the store.

After going in this location for several months I've noticed that the staff seems stretched very thin. I give them a lot of credit for running between the grocery store and the ice cream counter, but sometimes they miss helping people that are looking for it.

The ice cream is especially amazing, by the way.

Chicken strip and burger where good fries where not they where actually hard also the sweet tea not good at all :(

I really like Braums because of their burgers, but I can't stand this location because of how many times I have ordered and get home to find that it was made incorrectly. Also does it hurt to have a little more friendly customer service, or do you have to pay for that too.
