Have ordered from here multiple times. Every single time the order has been wrong. Bacon added to a burger for a person with pork allergies, onions added to burgers for someone who is allergic, and these allergies have been communicated at the time of order. They just don’t care. Time to move on and find a new fast food go-to since this location does not care to take the time to make sure orders are correct.

Was just now in here and stood at the counter for over 5 minutes while the employees were on their cell phones. They looked at me several times and just kept talking on their phones. I guess the phone calls were more important than the customers.

Did an online delivery order and asked for no sesame seeds on the bun because I have diverticulitis and can't eat seeds but got them anyway. It wouldn't be that big of a deal other than having to remove them but we never can get an order 100% right! Just tired of it! Please stress how important getting an order RIGHT is... please!

Everytime I come my burgers are made wrong and I called to tell them and the person on the phone was rude so I will not be back spending my hard earned money I spent almost 40 dollars and that's how they treat people never

Was waited on one of the rudest young girls ever! I ordered a sausage biscuit through the drive through. Was told it would be $4.32. I asked for just a sausage biscuit? She said yes. Got to the window and asked again, if the amount was for just a sausage biscuit? She said yes. Opened the item and it had cheese and egg. I told her I only wanted a sausage biscuit and was told to come into the store. She aggressively threw my purchase in the trash then handed me the new item. I asked for a reimbursement for the lesser item. She said that's how much it is. The biscuit was hard and dried out. The app has the sausage biscuit for $2.79. I will not be returning to Burger King in Denison again.
