Great food and great employees. They always have fast service. The dining area is usually clean. The loss of one star is because there is no playground. It's very frustrating that restaurants aren't putting then in anymore.
Kid-friendliness: It is not very kid friendly without the playplace.
First time I'll ever rank Chick-fil-A with 1☆ Ordered food for 4, and everything was cold (not WARM-- COLD). They were closing early due to the weather, so I couldn't go back after going through the drive-thru. I ordered at 4:45, and it took about 10 minutes to get through the drive-thru [understandable], so the doors were locked when I finally made it through.

Chick-fil-A employees at this location are great like most Chick-fil-A Locations. But this location literally never puts the sauces that you ordered in your bag., I went three times this week and I had to ask for the sauces I ordered every single time. There is no restaurant that I have ever visited That has such a hard time with this. I get that this is an expensive time for businesses, but if you won’t give it to me then don’t let me order it.

The service and atmosphere are absolutely awful. The “manager” Rosa is a complete joke. She told my husband our online order wasn’t there then came back 2 minutes later with our receipt. Didn’t acknowledge him, nor did she start the order (just two frozen lemonades). My husband stood there for 5 minutes before a nice food runner noticed he wasn’t being helped and started our order. While my husband was waiting he witnessed the front cashier worker get a gentleman customer who didn’t speak English. He turned to the manager Rosa, who he stated could help because she spoke Spanish, and asked her to please help and she wouldn’t even look at him. Finally, after a few minutes of the customer repeating his order in Spanish Rose yelled at the cashier worker “ITS JUST A COB SALAD WITH NUGGETS”. I don’t know what’s issue Rosa has but lose her and get someone who isn’t miserable and makes it obvious they hate their job.

The management at this location is terrible. They accused me of stealing money, and then called me crazy for my feelings being hurt. And never apologized when they found that the error was on another employee’s actions. They say they are the most caring company in the world and they’re a second chance employer but they don’t show it. They are quick to point fingers and judge. And they yelled at me multiple times, in front of customers and in the office.

(I believe it's overrated, but it is good!) Staff here is ALWAYS nice! Never had a single person get upset even when my ordering anxiety got the better of me & I kept accidentally interrupting them...
Kid at the counter was terrible n very rude. First and only time I've ever not heard "My pleasure" and "Thank You " from any Chic-fil-a employee. Food wasnt hot.

Salty as ever. Crazy long drive thru line. Overpriced. Convenient location.
We had been on a road trip and were on the last leg. We needed a bite and a stop. We are so glad we waited until we were able to get here. It was well worth the wait. Way to go Chik-Fil-A!
