I have never had bad chicken express until today. The bread and okra taste like it had been under a warmer all day. The chicken was not great either. It was very hard to chew and dry. If I hadn’t been on my way to work I would have went back and complained. I don’t usually complain about my food but this is not eatable. I paid over $12 for a 4 piece chicken strip dinner and can’t eat it.

So I just got my wisdom teeth pulled and I needed something soft to eat so I went to chicken express for some Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes and something for my kiddo. I pulled up to the menu and asked what kids meals they offered and they asked me tenders or something else and I said tenders. Well after stating I wanted tenders I thought they would’ve proceeded to explain the counts and sides they had for them and so on. I probably sat there for a couple of mins in silence waiting on some kind of response(this kind of irritated me). So I said you know what let me just get 2 tenders by them selves with a large mash and medium Mac. They told me the total and so then I drove up to the window. A guy that seemed to be ginger with glasses opens the window while I was unlocking my card. He then kind of lightly said “I’ll give u time” but as he went to close the window my hand was already out of mine with my card. He then took my card and payed for the order then giving it back to me with a receipt with me replying with a thank you. Not a you’re welcome or a no problem or anything. Shortly after that he gave me my food and just doesn’t even say a word. Probably one of the most weird, awkward, irritating fast food experiences I ever had. No hospitality or greetings or good days. I’ll probably just drive to Sherman’s next time💀

Go somewhere else between the awful drive through experience of the guy who wouldn’t wear the headset properly and i had to play the guessing game of what he was saying between the ruffling of him moving it around his neck to pulling up to the window to having the order completely wrong and once told again what i ordered it was still wrong and cold. Also might add hearing him cussing the F word loud enough after closing the window was just mighty professional as well. Could easily tell he did not care to be there nor care to give even mediocre service. If i could give 0 stars I would. I will not go back.

Picking up food and hearing the F bomb dropped multiple times by the employees is very unprofessional and rude. They were all really loud yelling at each other. Just not a family atmosphere at all. I wont be going back there. They need to hire more professional and friendly employees. So sad!!

Chicken is so salty it’s disgusting 🤮 chicken was so hard and dry I can’t stand this location it’s horrible !!! I will drive to Durant . Denison needs to be shut down They don’t good customer service either !! This is 2nd time this has happened, there will not be a 3rd , lost business

this store makes me uncomfortable as a queer or LGBT person
Called to tell them that the chicken is EXTREMELY salty and I get a women with a rude attitude to bring back the food when I just said I didn't have a car. The excuse was that they marinate the chicken overnight but all the other times I have eaten at ANY chicken express the chicken is hardly even salty. It's salty to the point it hurts my chest to even consume. So I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one having this problem. That store needs to get BETTER employees with better customer service.

This is my local chicken express. They are always really nice and fast. We typically order the #25 or #30. The chicken steips are awesome. The food is piping hot most of the time. The key is to order enough to force them to make more. Lol. It can get expensive, but we order enough for chicken sandwich leftovers. 5 stars.
Atmosphere was 4 star due to the building could use some updating and maintenance.

Every single time I come here it's a 30 min wait for chicken. It's a freaking chicken place. That's what they have. Why we waiting 30 min for chicken at the chicken place. EVERYTIME. I ask for tenders instead to avoid the wait and oh! That's gonna be a 15 to 20 min wait!. Do not go here. It's a waist of time
