I stayed at the hotel across the street and wanted a quick bite. I tried to place my order online, but the website wouldn't allow me. I called in my order for pickup instead. I was told it would be ready in fifteen minutes. It ended up taking about 25 minutes, but the staff apologized. No big deal.I ordered two pizzas. The first pizza I ordered was the Tamale Pizza. I have never heard of a tamale pizza and it literally has tamales on it. Good flavor. I just don't think the two, pizza and tamale, mix well. I don't regret trying it.The next pizza was the standard cheese pizza. Good flavor as well, but it was REALLY greasy.My biggest complaint about the pizza is that the crust was soft. It wasn't crispy at all! I hate to say this, but it reminded me of "Chuck E. Cheese" pizza I got as a kid. I asked for the thin crust because I like my pizza crispy. It was not.This wasn't the worst pizza I've had. This definitely wasn't the best pizza I've had.

What is happening? Six months ago, Five stars. Now, no. 3/4 of my last orders have been wrong. Specifically placed online. Either through their website or door dash. Today they lost our order. That was annoying, but then on top of loosing it, when they remade it, they made the pizzas wrong. Since I wasn't personally there to catch it, my pie arrived missing a few ingredients. (This is unfortunately common for craft pies these days.) We have generally spoken with the manager and she's fixed the orders when able, along with assuring us that they would improve. If anything, it's gotten worse. On top of being wrong, my pizza was also undercooked and doughy today. We used to love Craft pies, but slowly we are loosing our trust in them. I hope they'll turn it around.

Sad to see that this business has left Durant, Oklahoma; but worth the drive to have fabulous pizza.Vegetarian options: You can get a veggie pizza or salad to curb the appetite.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free crust for those people with those disorders.Wheelchair accessibility: Front door parking and ramp.

Couldn’t even eat, walked in with a Black friend and the manager told us get better friends and refused service and left, racism obviously has not ended in this part of town.

Madison is the bomb!! I heartily enjoyed the pizza she created for me. She was helpful and had a great attitude. The restaurant always looks clean and has a friendly atmosphere. The gluten free crust is great too although I did not get it this time.

There is never a time that I go to Craft Pies in Denison, Tx and not be greeted by warm welcomes and huge smiles. Thank you guys for always making me feel special and the pizza is amazing. Special thanks to Madison, DJ, Griffin and Joe for a great experience and a tasty pizza. You guys rock!!!

I like this concept for pizza. It works well for us because we like a lot of veggies and fresh mozzarella, and the custom price is the same as their standard. All fresh, made in view.

Came in pretty late. Just finished our order and it’s 9:00 on the dot. We almost settled for Dominos but chose to be the worst and came here anyway because we love it so much. Felt bad for coming in right at close, but Joe was super helpful and didn’t give any reason for us to feel any worse.
