Their "best deal ever" is a joke! They advertise any pizza, any toppings for $9.99 when ordering online, but I was charged full price. I also entered my phone number for the "track my order" feature, but I never received any updates about when it was being delivered. The driver finally showed up after about 35 minutes, which is the longest time I've had to wait, and I live just about three minutes from the nearest restaurant.

I called headquarters. This is 1 of 2 complaints. My hubby had had in over 10 years. Only to have no one answer. Ugh. Only have ham on my pizza. 99% went in trash so rubbery. Ham almost like Jerky. Going elsewhere next time. Last 2 orders. I very much regret. Deleting app. Going elsewhere

I ordered curbside and checked in when I got there, waited in my car for at least 5 minutes and finally had to go in and get it myself. When I walked in there were at least 5 people working who all looked at me and nobody said a thing. When a guy walked up to the register he just looked at me. The pizza was ok but had hardly any sauce on it. I ordered the 2 for $6.99 each and hardly any of the items I wanted were actually $6.99. I ended up paying over $22.00 for the 2 items. I ended up giving most of it to my neighbor. If the pizza had been better I would go back… but I won’t.

I sat in drive through for 10 minutes and noone came to window. Four assocites looked at me but did not make contact. Went inside got pizza. Both pizzas were burnt amd cold.

Ordered chicken Alfredo pizza...2 of them. I realized I forgot to add bacon. Went to counter and an employee realized that only bacon was on it forgot the chicken. Got side of chicken added to pizza after it was cooked/baked...??♀️ Got it home and it's the worst and so dry like no Alfredo sauce was on it barely. I understand we all have crazy days but at least remake my pizzas. They were horrible. Thanks for the effort I guess.
