The night after Halloween (tonight) 2025 a little before 7pm I walked in and ordered an Italian sandwich with my 10 year old daughter, I forgot my phone in the car just outside the door so I went outside to get it, probably took 15 seconds, anyways as soon as I walked out the door my daughter was on the Steps watching the employees make pizzas when all of a sudden all the employees huddled up infront of my daughter and said how stupid I was for ordering a sandwich I just could of made at home! This is absolutely ridiculous! You have a business and I am a customer! I will never do business with this establishment! The tall blonde girl and other employees on shift should be reprimanded immediately! Infront of my daughter called her father stupid! I will take this all the way to the top! And never give my money to this establishment again!

The management should be fired. I'm here too get a pizza and there is only one worker. Come on now. You can do better than this. If there is only one worker, then the management should be up here working. This is really upsetting watching this young man work his butt off like this.

Their "best deal ever" is a joke! They advertise any pizza, any toppings for $9.99 when ordering online, but I was charged full price. I also entered my phone number for the "track my order" feature, but I never received any updates about when it was being delivered. The driver finally showed up after about 35 minutes, which is the longest time I've had to wait, and I live just about three minutes from the nearest restaurant.

We’ve lived here for 2 years and have never had one issue with this store. The one in downtown is not the same! Clean, fast, nice.

I called headquarters. This is 1 of 2 complaints. My hubby had had in over 10 years. Only to have no one answer. Ugh. Only have ham on my pizza. 99% went in trash so rubbery. Ham almost like Jerky. Going elsewhere next time. Last 2 orders. I very much regret. Deleting app. Going elsewhere

I ordered curbside and checked in when I got there, waited in my car for at least 5 minutes and finally had to go in and get it myself. When I walked in there were at least 5 people working who all looked at me and nobody said a thing. When a guy walked up to the register he just looked at me. The pizza was ok but had hardly any sauce on it. I ordered the 2 for $6.99 each and hardly any of the items I wanted were actually $6.99. I ended up paying over $22.00 for the 2 items. I ended up giving most of it to my neighbor. If the pizza had been better I would go back… but I won’t.
