Ordered in to eat while there. Pretty much standard procedure I'm used to at our local Dominos in Joplin MO. However when I ask for parm cheese and crushed pepper....they told me I had to purchase it at an additional cost, around a couple bucks. This is outrageous....when I call in orders in Joplin, they always include a couple packs when I pick it up.

I've been ordering from yall for years an this deluxe pizza was terrible, I've had better frozen pizzas from Albertsons! The crust was under done an the toppings were vary little, it seemed like you were trying to save money on cheese an toppings! 30 $ mistake

This is a place we eat a lot and often. Maybe it’s the crew being new or what not but they didn’t have it together. My pizza came out with no cheese called to have it remade said it would be about 15 mins and we got up there in about 30 mins. Well get to the store and the pizza wasn’t remade waited around for it. Ordered large chicken and spinach when the remake was brought to me it was a medium.. maybe it’s new staff but either way they weren’t that busy.

Everything was great! It definitely hit the spot! I even tried something new and loved it! That being the Philly cheese steak sandwich with no onion, personally! Exceptional! No pics, sorry, it was insta-gone ?
It is ridiculous that you can't talk to a real person. First you talk to a stupid AI then you get someone not in the US then you finally get to the local store!! It's very frustrating when it takes 10 minutes to get to start placing your order.

My husband gave them the wrong address.. ??♀️ lol thankfully we're not far and the address he did give wasn't far either ?they were not rude at all.. and actually had a laugh with us. The food was cold due to our part.. lol And the atmosphere is amazing! I Love the Chalkboard!!! All in all it's nice to have a pizza place downtown. 5 Stars all the way!

I stopped in today just after they opened. Two medium thin crust pizzas, and a stuffed cheese bread. Food was EXCELLENT! The employee was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Dominos!

Made an order on the app, arrived 15 min later when I was notified on the app the order was ready. Talked the check in button as soon as I arrived, they tried to give me the wrong order twice and 30 min later I finally got my cold order. Manager refused to credit my account for a free pizza under their 2 minute carside delivery guarantee despite it taking over 30 min for them to actually give me my food. And refused any attempts to make it right...Bad management
