The first time going here, the donuts were great. They were fluffy and tasted amazing. Great customer service. We went back 2 more times and apparently the first time was a fluke. The donuts werenât cooked all the way and were flat and the lady at the front gave my husband attitude because he decided to wait for the donuts to be made. The last time I went in, I still had to wait for donuts but there was no attitude. It was great the first time. I hope they can get it together because their donuts were great but not anymore.
Pretty good donuts. So far, my fav out of Sherman-Denison area. The guy even made our donuts fresh instead of saying they were sold out.

I came here today, I should have just walked away from the look of the donuts. I got a feta and spinach croissant, and one glaze donut. The croissant had a bad smell and the donut was actually undercooked, I never thought I would return donuts but I had to. The guy was so upset he said I was the first one in 7 years to ever complain and was very unprofessional. I was hoping for.. I am sorry ma'am but instead I got don't come back. Maybe I came on a bad day but I will not be back. Thank you anyways and God Bless you

The first time I ordered donuts here they came out ok, we usually get 1 dozen. The second and third time getting the same exact donuts they were heavy, limp and doughy and sinking like a soufflĂ© and overlapping one another. The third time was my last, I came in at 4:30am to get a dozen glazed donuts and they had none which was very ironic. I asked how long until the next batch and the woman told me 30 min. I patiently waited in the lobby for about 30 min just to get another doughy batch of donuts and an attitude because I just bought the dozen they just put out even though she knew I was waiting on them. Wake up and do your job, nobody wants your backwards attitude because you donât like what you do or donât like being up that early. You chose it, you decided to be here to provide a service to people, either put a smile on your face and do your job or keep running off paying customers, I think we both know you canât afford that. There are way better options out there that are far more deserving of my overly inflated and heavily taxed dollar.
