Ordered eggs overwell and received overeasy. Mushy hash browns. Food served on paper plates. Bad service. Never got a coffee refill. Check handed to me with our meal and never saw waitress again. Been before a couple years ago and it was about the same experience. Disappointing, I love little coffee shops.

So I'm going to try to be as positive as I can in this review.I enjoyed the service, I was attended to quickly and treated good. Though the food, the coffee basically everything I had. Was extremely bland.The coffee is didn't even drink because it actually tastes like hot water. I could not taste the actual coffee, maybe it's because I make my coffee so strong but who knows.The entire meal was just so unremarkable. I don't know how this place has 5 star reviews but that's not to say they couldn't achieve 5 star quality. It's just not there right now. I wish them good luck.

Service was fine, food was mediocre, but if you want to be charged for every single thing and not be informed of it, then have at it. Refill your drink, 2 dollars a refill. Want a teaspoon of salsa .75 cents a piece. Said I wanted hotlinks in my hashbrown supreme, which is a normal offering on the menu, upcharged a dollar. So if you want to spend $40 on what would normally be a $25 meal, this is the place for you.

I ordered a waffle, ham and hash browns from here through Door Dash. When my order arrived I didn't receive my hashbrown. I called Gourmet Waffle Shop and was told I couldn't get a refund for the hashbrown because they don't refund door dash orders. I was told that they could make the hashbrown and I could pick it up (which defeats the purpose because if I wanted to go pick up food I wouldn't have ordered it through Door Dash.) Or they could credit me the cost of my next To Go order (which means I would need to go pick it up). I told the young woman that those options dont work for me and she said "Well, people make mistakes." I won't be ordering from them again.On a good note, I contacted my Door dash driver who dropped off my order and he was kind enough to be willing to go back and get my hashbrown order once he dropped off the order he had in his car. I thanked him and I'm grateful he was willing to help correct the situation without inconvenience me.
