Poor service at this location I do not recommend coming here at all. Poor service from the management staff as well no excuse for this restaurant to have such poor service won’t be back.
We live between Durant and Denison. And we choose Denison even if it’s out of the way. We have two amazing servers that we absolutely love. Lexi and Jose. They are fast, courteous, efficient and friendly.
The service was terrible. Our waitress forget everything that we asked for. I had to ask for my ticket 4 times before I had to go find her and all again. Took almost 2 hours to get our food. The food was not worth the wait. The grease was old and wet had to all 2 times for syrup not hot syrup just syrup. But the time we got the syrup and our toast the rest of the food was cold The servers were carrying drinks by the rim(big Health hazard).
