Having visited a number of IHOP locations over the years, in my experience, what makes it breaks an IHOP experience is the service/wait staff. If I could give Cortney six stars I would. She was friendly, attentive and got our order exactly right. Thank you so much for a great experience!

We’ve been to this IHOP many times over the years as we travel. It always a great place. There was no waiting line. Today; however, was different our server was having issues. After speaking w/ Mgr. she was sent home. Not what we were looking for nor a free meal. But we were traveling from Durant, OK to Brownsville, TX. While our server took care of us, we were just one table w/ errors, other servers took care of 3 to 4 tables. Others got served way before we did and they got there after we did! Needless to say we were the last ones out. When traveling long distance that puts a damper on things.This will still remain as one of our stops along the way. It always great food with great service. Today was an exception.

One of the best Ihops we've ever stopped at. Great, fast, polite service and food was excellent. And they were busy and it was still a great experience.

Good food, but smelled a little bit like a wet dog! However...that smell was replaced by the guy mopping the floor with a really strong Bleach smelling mop water!!

Very disappointed portions are skimpy and or they run out of items don't carry crackers for salad this is

First ... server was terrific Wait time and food not so much Gravy is cheap why so stingy with it ?Never had an omelette so thin. There was hardly anybody in the place, The front door is very hard to open almost Thought it was closed
