Stopped by on my way home from an event. Thought it might be mellow. Nope, there was a line in the drive through and after waiting a couple minutes I decided to pull out and grab a parking spot and just walk in as one customer in line seemed to be holding it up purposely. There were a couple of people picking up called in orders in front me.
Didn't look at any names.. it looked like the staff was flustered a bit and asked if I was picking up. I replied just need to order. A couple of tacos and double jack meal and chocolate shake. Our shake machine is down sir. Ok, I'll just get my initial then.
They pounded it out and few minutes later I was on my way out. My wife would suffer a bit with no shake but would understand.
I Love Jack in the Box. I can't eat here that often but I rarely have a bad service experience at this location or any location for that matter. They definitely have that niche market that is all their own. Prices have increased but so has everyone else. The food is solidly good.. not great but good food and you know what to expect pretty much every time. Service is almost always quick.
Solid location, Well kept and modernized. Worth supporting.

I feel bad even doing this because I come through all the time and Christy is great. She always make sure my stuff is correct and everything and if I ever need any condiments, she always make sure I’m taking care of. When I went through this morning, Christy wasn’t there. It was somebody else and I ordered a four count Nashville mozzarella stick and then an eight count jalapeño popper and I made sure to ask for ranch and honey mustard. When I asked about the ranch, the lady who was in the window, told me it’s in the bag and then she told me they were out of honey mustard, which is no big deal. Get all the way home and she literally put one ranch in there. I don’t know if they’re deducting it from her paycheck or something, but I would’ve paid for the extra ranch if that was the issue. I actually work in food service management and this was the worst service I’ve had at this location. The lady just seemed to have a real bad attitude.

I went there and bought a sour dough jack and breakfast jack, the food was really stale and the ham tasted really old and looked pink. I mean my bread was literally stale and crusted tasted old not even re fried tasted stale and old. My grandma called them and then got hanged up on by a guy now my grandma talked to them and is getting refund but still be ware. They had said their toaster was malfunctioning. I come at night the food is fine, giving out old/stale food to get a line moving is absolute absurd.

We order Door Dash our 4 Moster Tacos where burnt cooked in old grease no salsa’s or on Tacos breakfast jack cold I will be going tomorrow and take there crap back to them after that I will be contacting Health Department of Denison Tx
