The best the food the service to top it all the prices we could of feed 5or 6people on the family pack of fish you can't be at it. I want fish I go nowhere but Louisiana chicken and fish

People are so helpful and nice. I really wanted to like the chicken. We got the tenders and they were more chewy and tough than I expected. We tossed more than was eaten unfortunately since the kids said they tasted like fish and didn't like it. Fries are phenomenal! So was the pineapple slush. The chicken just isn't on par with other chicken places. Okra was ok.

This is right where I live & I went around 12 in the afternoon, and I been here a couple of times. And it’s always so good! Everything is cooked to perfection. And the older lady is so sweet!!! I recommend this place! ??

If I could give less than one star I would. We Ordered the quart gumbo which was mostly just black pepper and chicken broth, the cashier shorted me a $1 on my change. The quart of gumbo only had 2 pieces of shrimp and a half a cup of rice in it and when I asked if I could get more crackers to mask the pepper flavor of the gumbo she said she has to charge me 15 cents per cracker! I left my $14.05 quart of gumbo there. Not even bothering to ask for a refund. She probably would have charged me for the 2 bites I ate.

We stumbled across this place while heading for another chicken joint. Decided to turn around and try it. The chicken, gumbo, and fish were all great. They cooked our order fresh so it took a few minutes but we'll worth the wait. They will take call in orders.

I stopped by around the middle of May 2024 l ordered chicken fries and fried rice..once I got in my SUV I knew by the smell l had made a mistake….You can’t fry everything in the same oil….The food was really bad …..the fried rice had old chicken tenders cut up in it for the chicken and it taste like it was cooked on a greasy grill. I was so disappointed cause the owner was so polite..The chicken had an old grease taste…l spent 33.00 …it’s not cajun style….. The owner and her parents were so nice…

The food is always fresh & delicious. The fish & shrimp are my favorite. Customer service is friendly & patient. I Will definitely be back!! Literally the best LOusianna Famous Fried Chicken I have ever been to ? can’t wait to go back for the #7 with rice&beans.

Oh & the bathroom was clean. It’s obvious that it has been well kept.

Vegetarian options: It is a chicken place but worth recommending all vegetarians to pick up a pint of rice & beans & hush puppies

Kid-friendliness: I don’t like taking my kids anywhere that’s dirty & this place was very clean, friendly staff, booths & tables plus has good mash potatoes & chicken tenders for the picky eaters out there. All my kids love their slushie’s! Plus fruit juice options in their cooler.
