just have a bigger and bigger issue with the way they do the drinks. The make you go to the counter for all drinks and every location they do, the drinks are warm and flat and weak. I am 99% certain they’re diluted with water. Can’t confirm of course bc they hide what they do in the back, but at the self serve locations, the drinks taste TOTALLY different. Until they put the drinks back in the lobby this review stays.

Horrible service, ordered a number 9 with a coke and didn't get the whole meal and also got a dr pepper, what part of a number 9 don't they understand, it's a shame when they just don't listen, and pay attention. I'm sick of ordering stuff and not getting what I asked for

Needed to make a quick purchase with cash, the cashier said i needed to ring up my order on the kiosk then they would take my money. They wasted more time telling me to use the kiosk than it would have to just take the order right quick and be done with it
No one is ever at the counter in the morning. They appear to be short staffed. Very few English speaking workers. Service is very slow and seems to be more focused on drive thru. This location definitely is not what it used to be.
