The drive thru yesterday was bad. The first voice that came on asked if I was using app or if I wanted a strawberry pie. I said no and then the person who took my order I could not understand them and I had to say twice what drink I wanted and I asked for an apple pie and didn't get it. The people at the pay and pick up windows were pleasant but why have to place an order with someone who can't speak English? Rediculous!

Customer service sucks every time we try to go to McDonald's. I think that it is, they hire young high school kids that have no clue how to be friendly to customers. Also, the last couple times we've gone we've gotten cold french fries and cold burgers. This is one of the reasons we rarely eat at McDonald's.

The ONLY reason I go is because my son loves their double cheese burger and to play with all the kids on their play equipment.The Denison location needs proper management, customers standing around waiting on food, only to find out their orders were "lost", and this place has been so dirty every time we've been. All the tables are dirty, the floor is even worse. Forget the play area. That room has to be on OSHA's watch list. Food and trash everywhere. Never a clean table or place to sit, always dried up sauce stuck to them, so much food and trash on the floor under the table. I usually just scrub the table and seat with napkins and their hand sanitizer. Last visit, no sanitizer in the whole place, so I asked an employee if they have a wash cloth or something to clean the table. He asked a manager what to do, She handed him 2 tiny packets of alcohol wipes to do the job myself. Trust me, it didn't clean anything. All the tables in the play area were so bad. I had to go to the restroom and wet napkins with soapy water. They have an employee standing at every station in that cook area, but not a single person designated to keep the place clean.

I've never liked McDonald's so I don't eat it and I definitely do not buy it for my kid often at all. The staff here at the McDonald's in Denison are absolutely horrible. They are very rude and I know for sure I will not be spending anymore money with them.

Great experience. I watched a young lady from behind the counter help an elderly gentleman to his seat. He wept. It's beautiful to see this kind of engagement from our youth.

As a dasher I will never take a Denison McDonald's order ever again. I had an order with 2 drinks morning shift today. Let's forget it took 15 mins to get my order. I get to the car and clearly tell the bag has 1 drink I go back inside and a worker says did you take it out of the bag? Ooo I wanted to go off so bad. Oh and there is only a single cup holder in the bag. Ya idc what the rip is it's not worth going to the Denison Macdonalds. First off they are horribly slow but even worse they are very rude.

I will never go back to this location. Every time I go here weather I’m ordering on the app or is store my food is always messed up every time. All I get is a chicken sandwich no pickle add mayo like how hard can that be my four year old could make it. And when you order on the app don’t bother trying to go through the drive thru even if you select that option cuz they will still park. This place is a waste of time and money!!!!!
Very nice location with a play-place for kids. The workers were nice and the food is fresh. Overall, I definitely recommend this location.

Ordered 2 double Big Macs. One with no lettuce extra sauce and one with NO PICKLES OR ONIONS and they only gave me 2 both with just no lettuce. I ordered no pickles and onions for a reason, it’s an allergy!!
