Tried Papa John's again just to see if it was still bad. It used to be good but got worse and worse. Tried it again and it was even worse. The works pizza I ordered had very few toppings and they were all near the middle. No toppings around the sides. Never again for me.

Ordered the boneless bbq wings, the only thing my son eats from here, and it had a singular dribble of sauce, dry as a bone. My son didn’t get his dinner. Additionally, I scheduled my pickup for 4 PM and it was showing ready at 3:20, not fresh. Can we get some replies/solutions to these comments? Seems like no one cares. Thx.

Plz fix your door dash send out time. Add like 8 mins before the order goes out. Other restaurants have the food ready when we get there
I got harrassed by a door dash driver who was delivering food from this place. He was trying to make me give him an extra tip. The guy would not leave my property after giving me my food. It made me feel incredibly unsafe. Papa John's can do better
Delivery driver can't follow Delivery remarks on orders and he didn't care at all won't order at this location no more

Ordered 15 pizzas and was ready by the time I called to make sure it would make the time frame. The lady was nice and called to let us know we left our bag of dips. Very friendly and appreciate the service provided.

I ordered a xl half and half pizza with all alfredo sauce. They messed the order up making all ultimate on both sides. Now had to wait wince wanted spinach one side and ultimate on other side. I get second pizza and it was regular sauce not alfredo. Asked for a refund. Not once was I offered even the mistaken alfredo pizza. Horrible experience!
