To the manager Patrick. Please read!!! I had a very strange situation happen with an order tonight. I ordered on your website for delivery because I am sick. I guess the store is short staffed so sometimes they have to use door dash drivers for delivery, which ended up causing my food to take over 1.75 hours. I spoke to, I believe their name is River? They were they manager on duty 10/22 at 7:30pm. They were WONDERFUL. They weren't able to help me just due to the situation, they did everything they could and were very kind! So, 5 stars. Please hire some more people and give them a raise!

The manager was rude I received my food cold, and didn't get all of it simply just wanted my full order I would have enjoyed the cold pizza. Instead of the Manager coming to talk to me she sends out a employee and I hear her tell him to be have, like what exactly are you gonna do Im not causing a problem I just want my correct order

To busy hooking off to do their job. No reason my order didn't get made for half an hour after I arrived to pick it up considering it was placed 20 minutes before that.
Worse Pixza hut ever. CANT COUNT to 16 when it comes to wings. Not to mention they only provided one of the two orders so had to sit in the store for 15 mins while the rest of the order got cold waiting for the rest. No offer to fix anything .
