The manager was rude I received my food cold, and didn't get all of it simply just wanted my full order I would have enjoyed the cold pizza. Instead of the Manager coming to talk to me she sends out a employee and I hear her tell him to be have, like what exactly are you gonna do Im not causing a problem I just want my correct order

Pizza was all burned. My order was completely wrong and when they don’t have something available online instead of calling to make sure you want something else or refund you the money they just make you something else instead

Worse Pixza hut ever. CANT COUNT to 16 when it comes to wings. Not to mention they only provided one of the two orders so had to sit in the store for 15 mins while the rest of the order got cold waiting for the rest. No offer to fix anything .

I used the app to order two thin crust pizzas and they somehow rang up as hand tossed. When I took the hand tossed pizza back, the lady at the front showed me they actually did ring up as hand tossed but offered to remake it as a thin crust anyway. She was extremely kind and I appreciate her patience as they were pretty busy at the time.
