Ordered a veggie pizza and received a pepperoni pizza with veggies with red sauce instead of pesto. This was very disappointing since we traveled a 2 hour round trip to get it.

I loved schlotzskys for so long. Getting it in las Vegas and Arizona was the best. Out here it's been hit or miss. But this last visit to the Denison location was satisfying. I ordered the original deluxe because last time the original I got barely had any meat and no flavor. Schlotzskys has a unique flavor to their sandwiches which makes them delicious and desirable. Order takers give off a "I have better things to do" at times....but I just let it go cuz you never know what their going through.

My sandwich was so dry the bun tasted old, the ingredients were good but only half the bun had anything on it. I've went through the drive through and had things left out in the past but this was a bad sandwich today. I have always loved to eat here but now not sure I'll go back.

First time coming to a Schlotzskys last Thursday unfortunately I got food poisoning. For what one would consider a lunch rush it was empty it should have been my first sign. Maybe I’ll give it a try again in the future.

So many selections of sandwiches...it might take a minute to figure out which one is perfectly suited for you, but I found mine -the Tuscan. I also love the soups, especially the tomato bisque. Their selection of buns is unique...I love the bread here. Also, here in Denison we always feel welcome as the staff has great customer service. I’ve never been to another location that I recall, but apparently this is a Texas company, originating in Austin. That makes it all the better! One problem…they frequently run out of soup

The service has declined significantly! My order was wrong, I came back through the drive thru to get the right order only to hear a cook cussing about how stupid I am and f her. The girl working the window asked for my receipt when I literally just came through. I don’t know why they have soup on the menu. They either don’t have it or they give out something that should have been thrown away days before. I work food service so I have grace when it comes to places having an off day. This location seems to have off days everyday. Expensive for garbage service.
