Seems like every time I place a mobile order it takes a hour+ to get my food. Plus the service here is not the best. Tried calling the store # but of course no answer.

Bad attitudes make for bad food which is why I won't go to this Sonic anymore. In general there are a lot of great employees who provide a good experience. I like to support the youth of Denison, especially the working ones trying to find their way in life. It seems I keep running into the same person with the same bad attitude again and again. I won't call them out by posting the video of our last interaction, but I will say that their name starts with J. After repeated bad experiences with the one hostess, I walked in to see the manager who was pleasant. The person with the bad attitude instantly ran into the back to hide; this isn't the way an honest person behaves, this is how people behave when they know they're in the wrong. I may try again in another year or two, hopefully they improve the staff there by making sure they're suited to work in customer facing situations.

We had an issue ordering with the app that removed the 1/2 off drink AND the free corndog. They were so understanding, and comped MULTIPLE corndogs! Above and beyond customer service!!! I'll definitely be coming back to this Sonic.

Ordered here on a Monday afternoon. Waited over 20 minutes Somehow the order didn’t go through.. Manager fixed my order in a flash!!!! Was gracious and said it was on the house . Now that is customer service!!!!
