Ordered here on a Monday afternoon. Waited over 20 minutes Somehow the order didn’t go through.. Manager fixed my order in a flash!!!! Was gracious and said it was on the house . Now that is customer service!!!!

Disappointing. Order a small cherry lime aide and you get one cherry. Order a medium cherry lime aide and you get one cherry. Order a large cherry lime aide and you get one cherry. Order a large cherry lime aide with extra cherries and you get one cherry with extra cherry juice.
And sometimes they even get the food order correct. Just don't ask them to remove onions, pickles, or anything else. And don't add anything to your burger, you probably won't get it anyway.
But the girls who bring the food out are nice.

Tried a few new drinks tonight and they turned out Delicious! Highly recommend a dirty Dr Pepper and the Flaming pink flamingo. Both contain sweet cream and take an ordinary soda to a new level! Happy hour whenever you order on the app makes Sonic too good of a bargain to pass up!

I just picked up my order that I completed on the app. When I got it home my foot long coney was NOT acceptable!! The Hotdog looked and tasted old, and looking at it when I moved the chili, it was dried and wrinkled. I would have taken it back but I didn’t see the problem until I’d already ate most of it. Now, before you start blowing smoke, I have worked at the sonic actually I was a member of the A-Team, New Store Training Team. I’ve opened many new stores all across the U. S. And I know how this place is supposed to cook the hotdogs (they are kept in a steam pan) which means that my hotdogs were kept too long. Believe me when I say that they taste and looked like leather! This is not the first time this location has failed even the lowest of speciations. I will be calling the franchisee and reporting this and I feel like you should make this write! It’s no wonder that this location is always slow everything from scanning their bracelets and then five minutes later bringing me my food when it said your order is on the way. To the countless times that the food wasn’t up to par like I said I will be leaving a review. Have a nice day.

Just got out of ER and wanted Sonic so we went out of our way to go to this location. Ordered in the app. Got our food and went home. When we got home the tots looked and tasted like they had been cooked in OLD grease! Then to add to that we ordered rte 44 sweet tea and BOTH were UNsweet!

Pulled in to find that most of the ordering stations did not work. When I asked for help to find a working one I was met with very rude employees; all I wanted was to order food. When I asked for a manager to help, the manager explained that most of the systems were broken and then walked off with an attitude complaining about me. All I wanted was to know where a working screen was so I could order. Wow!
