Great food!!! However have changed menu rewards around so can't use more than one per order. Use to be great place to treat yourself because of the old pricing. Now it's like every other place. Too expensive to eat more than once a month!

I was at the Denison location across from Walmart on 121. July 5th, 2025. I ordered a grilled cheese and onion rings. Upon arrival 2 sides of the grill cheese was VERY hard. There was no way to eat it. I did eat what I could. I called to ask for a manager, I was told he was very busy and didn't have time to talk to me. The person who answered the call came to my car. I explained that wanted nothing out of what I had to say, but felt they needed to know in order to correct. She took it in, came back and told me the manager wouldn't refund my money because I had eaten to much. Again I explained I wanted nothing but if they are not aware of problem it can't be fixed. I was then told its because the toaster is broke. I once again said, if you know and don't fix it, it says a lot. If you know and do fix it, it say s lot. I was told the toaster can't be fixed. Apparently the manager can interact with public either. Happened about 12:30.

So yeah it was kinda busy but to choke up when you get a curve ball? Breakfast burrito. TOOK WAY TOO LONG. Already got the gridle top hot. Sausage was some kind of preformed bitebites, heat it up. Tatertots, during lunch they got to holding in the basket, frying up or heading out to a bar. Cheeze, also holding in prep container. Egg, crack it, scramble it, lay it all out in a tortilla, send it out the door. Eesy-peazy. And here ya go. Egg was a over cooked burnt mess, not the fluffy egg description you'll see on the menu. No onoin, no peppers didn't even bring out salsa after asking twice. Cookie was at least kind enough to at least flip that burned up piece of egg in there so i would get what i had paid for. 😟 Sent it back and told them this not acceptable. Please review your menu description. Do better guys.

Only ordered drinks. Their coffee is less expensive than Starbucks and cost 4$ less for a larger cup. Service was fast.

I had quit eating Sonic for a long time due to sub-par food. This Sonic made me a believer again. The food is fresh, fast and accurate. The service is with a smile, even in the rain. I will literally drive right past the Sonic in Pottsboro to come to this one. The servers always greet you with a warm, genuine smile. I'm not sure what management is doing so differently at this location, but others could take note and implement the same practices. Well done Sonic!

Food is ALWAYS fresh every time I have been there. Service has been great all the times I have swang in, they are good about the time on your order being fulfilled cause I believe we were in and out at about 10 minutes. Now the times I have come here has been later in the evening coming home from the casino there just a little north of this place. So if that’s you who’s looking for a fresh bite in the later evenings then yes, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. I’m sure it’s just as good any time!

Very poor I tour all over and forgot my phone asked if they could give me the happy hour price. That normally any other stores do and the chick bold face lie and said no we don't do that and can't. And just was super rude very poor service just say no with no attitude been fine. If you can't serve the customer don't work here.
