Very clean, welcoming, and fast. We will be sure to stop here on our future travels.
3 times I've came here for coffee and they give me hot chocolate. That's not what I planned on spending money on.
I overheard this worker calling people charity cases when you're making our coffee, bc I was sitting there ordering off the app in Denison tx btw and one of the blond waitresses decided to call us charity cases, thought you had better hiring standards than that Starbucks.

Great drinks and food. It can be a hit or miss sometimes but the drinks are still enjoyable.
incredibly kind staff! there were 3 ladies working when i brought my family in for breakfast. we were heading to a funeral in Oklahoma and had a complicated order, a restless kid, and a rain storm added into the mix. the staff were patient and so kind!! best service i've ever received at a chain!!
called to see if my family memeber(working there)
was able to leave for a little bit since my dad was in the hospital and i am out of the country.and was told that āi should have thought about that before leaving the country.ā like i was supposed to know my father was going to be getting taken to the hospital. My mother died not even 4 months ago and when said manager was told this just responded ā i guess my family is just differentā this is the most disgusting and disrespectful starbucks i have EVER been too. and i definitely will be taking this to corporate⦠oh and btw if you go in the afternoon they will and extra ice to not make a full drink, staff will also make fun of clients clothes and appearences as if they are dessed / looking so nice.

This location is so focused on moving their drive thru along, they don't seem to notice the customers inside the store waiting. Took 5 minutes to be noticed for them to take our order and we waited over 20 mins for only half our 2 drink order. The barista mentioned they were short 2 people - the store needs better staffing. Still waiting on the hot tea while drinks are laying out for people not in the store.
Stopped here on our way back from Choctow. They got my order wrong, but did make it right when I took it back to them. They were short staffed staffed or something cause it took a long time to get our order.

Drinks are mid. Service is terrible. Canāt remember to give you what you ACTUALLY ordered. The older lady on morning shift needs a lesson on manners and how to do HER job.

Ordered ahead of time. The store has a drive time tactic to ask people to pull to the front of the store for there food items. This isnāt a bad tactic for certain situations but not when thereās no line and the food items I had to pull around for are pre made (protein box, berry trio). Wasted my time driving around just so they didnāt wast the few extra seconds to hand me the food items at the window. Not cool
This is the only starbucks I use in town and it seems pretty hit or miss when it comes to online orders. I always order online and pick up at the store and probably 25% of the time my order is messed up so bad that it makes no sense how I ended up being given what I did. For example I order a Vt "Butterbeer" Frappuccino which is supposed to have 3 pumps of caramel and 3 pumps of Toffeenut...so other than those 2 flavors it shouldnt have much else. Yet here I am with some type of Strawberry drink in size grande? I Wouldnt be so upset if the recipe wasnt tapped to the cup. Good way to tell me you arent paying attention without telling me you arent paying attention. I would have just gotten a replacement under normal circumstances but when I am coming on my lunch break I dont have time to wait around...AFTER placing an online order to yah know...get the stuff faster. Just all in all very disappointing. The workers should really read the tags they're slapping on the cups.
