Folks in here are very rude. Not just one but both the people I interacted with seemed to be bitter. They have no patience and have no concept of customer focus.

I’ve given this location many tries as I know everybody is short-staffed and everyone is struggling right now. Unfortunately, every time I come through this location, my order is wrong, missing items, when I ask about it it’s like they don’t even know that I ordered it. I have to prove it through my mobile app every time. This morning I went through and it was my last straw. The girl working your speaker was extremely rude and could not give me the extra five seconds to order as your mobile app is down and I was not able to place an order ahead. I will not be back to this location. You are in serious need of some retraining and hiring of people who actually want to work and deal with the general public.

I stared coming here on days that I work day shift. The management and staff are helpful. They always get my drink right a vanilla bean trap with 8 pumps peppermint taste so good each time. And there is a barista up that is always nice to me she remembered my name made me feel special 🫣

Order is never right. Coffee quality isn’t where it should be as far as taste. Either tastes old, watered down, or like straight milk. The price is never the same even though i get the same exact order every single time. They like to add on extras (when you don’t ask for them) and if you don’t notice it then you get up charged. They make you feel obligated to tip- which is always very awkward. If you don’t tip, their demeanor and service changes. If I have to pay a tip to get subpar customer service, I’d rather not tip at all. Which I stopped tipping after realizing I was paying 9$ for a small mediocre gas station coffee. Finally had enough. Also apologies arent ever given for their mistakes. Just attitude.

Incompetent drive through worker, unfortunately didn’t get her name. I gave her my order, she put it in incorrectly, when I repeated my order to correct her, she got an attitude and stated she knows. Pulled up to the window to receive a completely wrong drink and when i informed her of such, she poured it into a bigger cup that I had requested before without the extra oat milk she argued she added to my order previously. She stated her manager would have to charge me for the extra oat milk and I was completely aware of that when I originally requested EXTRA oatmilk but was so annoyed I requested a refund and left. 0/10 experience.
This is the closest starbucks to my house so it’s honestly very disappointing. Everytime i come here there is some problem, the staff isn’t very friendly, just teenage girls who can’t even give a small smile. i’ve worked in customer service for a long time, and they just seem confused to be honest. I heard them ask what i was waiting for when i hadn’t even gotten any of my drinks. The customer service and hospitality is non existent and it seems like they lack the proper training. This time around my latte looked like straight milk, the macchiato i got with cold foam barely had any cold foam on it, which is ridiculous when you’re paying $1 extra for it. If you can, don’t waste your time or money just go to the one in sherman.
