HORRIBLE. I asked for a caramel macchiato, made upside down, with extra caramel, no way it could be bitter right? It was. It was very bitter. So I asked them for a new one, and they agreed and made it, this time it was literally milk. No taste at all. Milk with caramel drizzle.
