I ordered the Italian sandwich with extra protein, add black olives, Add oil and vinegar and spices. I received it without extra protein, without oil and vinegar, and without spices. And, the worst part of it is that they added jalapeños to an Italian sandwich. They clearly don’t know what they’re doing. When I called them to discuss it, I was getting nowhere so I asked for the manager. With the manager answered the phone she did not care to rectify the situation at all, And when I asked if she would make me another sandwich tomorrow because my lunch hour was over, her assistant said no. It doesn’t surprise me that Jimmy John’s beats out Subway all day every day!!!

Alrighty so, I haven’t been to subway in years and years. Decided to stop in and get a 6” Philly cheese steak, girl just threw the stuff on and didn’t ask if I wanted it toasted or anything just asked what now, I told her I wanted it toasted with the onions and peppers, shrugged her shoulders and toasted it. Got all my stuff on there, paid. Sat down not even 1 min later. Bread tasted raw, still doughy. Nothing about it was good, no veggie crunch, and just bad.
Now I’ve seen the owner on this establishment say over and over that this is a family owned business almost like it’s copy and paste to every bad comment. Maybe instead of that, rethink the management of your Franchise, it’s not family owned and operated it’s a FRANCHISE that YOUR FAMILY bought. And are running it very poorly.
Time for you to rethink your comments and maybe manage a little bit better. Quality control goes a long long way

The ladies working were nice. The ingredients like the tomato, cucumber, and lettuce were wilted, mushy, and desiccated. I had to search for a spot to sit that wasn't covered in crumbs and dressing smears. The prices are absolutely outrageous. Over $5 extra dollars for a small drink and chips on top of an already expensive sandwich. You have to pay extra for the Happy Gilmore cup, $5 for a drink alone in a plastic cup? The $$$ sodas taste mysterious from the fountain, an amalgamation of them all really. I haven't been to a Subway in 7 years, and it looks like it won't be for another 7. The ladies working were very nice, but that was the only thing worthy of praise. Subway needs to learn its place and return to it.

We picked up a group order for work, which included toasted sandwiches and cookies. We’re nurses, so we’ll gladly eat pretty much anything, but the cookies were completely disgusting and inedible. They tasted freezer burnt or like when something is left uncovered in the fridge. So it would be nice to get refunded for $6 in cookies we can’t eat instead of being told they can’t confirm the state of cookies when they left the store 🤔 then YOU try your cookies from that batch and tell me they’re edible 🤦🏻♀️😂 The sandwiches didn’t feel toasted and one sandwich had onions that had to be picked off because they weren’t requested and the girl is allergic to onions.
Meatball sub called The Boss was very good. Hot and tasty.

Always fresh and always delicious!!
Love this subway I would pick it over the one in front of Walmart any day! They always have a laugh with us and seem to be enjoying themselves while at work which is awesome. When we eat in nobody bothers us.
How difficult can it be to read a screen? How do you mess up a sandwich this bad? It's beyond me honestly. This place USE to be good, now it seems like they just build them however they want to. Almost like they deliberately mess it up and add things to it that you didn't ask for. Its pointless going back to get it fixed if you couldn't make it right the first time.

The manager at this location is deplorable and treats her staff like garbage. If you order through the app, pay for it, have the email that shows paid, but the store doesn't show it the manager refuses to make your order. She lacks customer service skills and we are out of money even though we have proof it was paid for through the app. The staff deserves better, the community deserves better, and Subway can find better!

I usually go thru the drive thru placing my order on screen but it was not working so I pulled up to the window. A nice young man greeted me at the pickup window with a smile and I explained the screen was not working and he immediately asked me what I wanted to order. It only took a few minutes for my order and he gave it to me along with some turkey to give to my Yorkie that was with me! I was so impressed with this young man and how he treats customers!! Well done!! The sandwich was so good and fresh! You should award this young man. Outstanding!
