I ordered one dozen glazed and a mixture of donuts, which contained two Bavarian filled long johns which were huge and awesome, two Old fashioned, a couple of sprinkles and a couple of cinnamon and sugar and two apple fritters. All of these were so so amazingly good the only thing that was a little bit of a disappointment was the apple fritters which had a hint of a burnt taste to it but everything else was so awesome!

Cant really give a review about the donuts or anything else because today was the 2nd time I tried to visit this establishment around 5:45 am and they had not opened yet. Don't really see how beneficial it is to have a donut shop and not be open at 5:45 am
OMG!!!! THIS FREAKING PLACE!!!! I called them at 6:47 am and ordered four dozen glazed, two dozen mixed, and two dozen chocolate. The lady asked me over the phone if I wanted the big mixed donuts. I told her no, I want them the same size as the regular ones. Additionally, I told her I would be there by 7:30/7:40 am to pick up the donuts. She agreed and said that would be fine. I arrived at 7:52 am! I walked in and saw boxes of donuts on the table. I told her who I was and asked if those were mine. She said yes, some of them were (the chocolate and the mixed). I asked here where were the glazed, she said they are ready and they are boxing them. After that, she began asking me about what size mixed donuts do I want. I told her I gave her that information over the phone, and that I thought they were already boxed and on the table. She back tracked and said they were boxed. I explained to her that I called over an hour ago and asked why isn’t this order ready? She grabbed her phone and showed me where I called, and sure enough, it said 6:47 am. Oookkkk, what was the point??? Still, I called over an hour ago. She gives me the total, and I hand her my card to pay. She then tells me they are out of glazed and asked if I wanted something else as a substitute. At this point, my frustration is high as I have to be in class by 8:00 am. I ask her to cancel the order as she couldn’t fulfill my request in the time she agreed to.
This was probably some of the worst customer service I have received in a long time and DO NOT recommend this place. There are plenty other donut shops in the area with better customer service.

Employee was nice. But the kolaches tasted like dog food. The bread was super hard and it seemed like they saved these from the day before and just threw them in a microwave. The texture was rubber. I was there at 7:30 am so this should have not been how they served the food.

They short changed me. I ordered 2 and 1/2 dozen donuts and when the owner was checking me out my total was $26.71. I gave her $40 cash. I normally like to pay cash at places like this so they don't have to worry about the 3% credit charge. Well she gave me $11.21 back. I also SAW her punch in that I had given her $38 instead of $40.
I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe she realized she under charged me originally. But even the individual prices she put in for the dozen glazed and chocolate donuts were $1 more than what was on the board. And she never said anything to me. It just felt very off to me.
I honestly don't care about the price difference, it's the dishonesty and shortchanging that bothered me. I would have paid the extra $2, especially if they were friendly and the donuts were good. If you're doing that for a couple extra bucks, that's ridiculous. I would have kept buying large orders from this place had they not done this, but now I'm not ever going back, and will warn everyone I know.

We stopped in for donut holes and kolaches. The holes were okay. Kind of dry but edible. The kolaches, however, were terrible. The dough was very dry and no sweetness to it like every other kolache I've ever tasted. We would have turned back around for a refund but we had an appointment to make. Overqll pretty disappointed.?
