Looked at app said dinning room open till 2am hour sign says the same, walk in and get told they closed at 11 pm. If you close the dinning room at 11 pm change the app Google and the sign on the door

Very very bad customer service. I ordered a vegetarian taco and was served a beef taco instead. This is a serious mistake, especially for someone who does not eat meat.
Instead of apologizing and fixing the order, the staff started arguing with me. The staff member Pablo was extremely rude and did not know how to handle a customer. They were clearly at fault, yet instead of saying sorry, they kept arguing.
This was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this place to anyone.zero rating

Guy at the register today was super friendly and polite. I asked for sour cream on all my tacos and the kitchen staff definitely needs a little more care. Tacos were put together very poorly (not busy btw) sour cream was a huge blob and the end of the tacos (all of them) as if they didn’t care one bit.
Come on man, this is not a Skill issue, this is a Will issue. We pay we deserve decent food!

I don't care for the beef any longer after they changed it, but their cantina chicken and slow roasted chicken is so good! I can still get a stacker and just switch it out for slow roasted chicken. Mmm

Bought 8 burritos and there was barely even anything in there 90% tortilla. Added beef to 4 of them and got charged for all 8 & had to have it refunded to my card, glad I checked receipt . 4 pm
Thought I took a photo of one of them guess not . Crazy lol 👎

Hate giving one-star reviews. Ordered chips and cheese. The chips are all broken up into small pieces. Ordered one crunchy taco but it was only half full (1.70!!?) Ordered one crunchy taco supreme but it was a normal taco only half full. Ordered a steak burrito supreme add beef. Was missing the steak. Ordered a small drink, was charged for large Sad. I grew up loving taco bell.
