I don't understand why you take tostadas off menu but make the tostada pizza. Was highly disappointed. So instead ordered 2 tacos..i kid you not i had maybe a teaspoon of meat not even a half teaspoon of cheese . Yes there was lettuce though. Not worth my time or the price that is alot for just a taco shell w lettuce. Noone was waiting inside or out. Highly upset. Mark this place off my list.

I have been coming to this Taco Bell for over a year at first I thought well this lady is just having a bad day but truthfully, every single time I come in here I am treated like crap I am treated like what in the world are you doing here? The lady has never said one word she don't ask me if this is my order she just hand it to me and goes on, I find it really rude and just disrespectful. I give this place a zero rating I will never ever come back here again like I said I gave it a year. My husband was the one that told me to begin with and I really didn't believe him, but I will never come here again. The service sucks.

My husband and I went through the drive thru for lunch. He had soft tacos and I had a hard shell and burrito. My taco shell tasted OLD and made me feel sick. I had to scrape the meat and vegetables out of it and eat them with my burrito. This is not the first time this has happened.

I don't know if I'm just being picky coming from California and being used to taco trucks being a certain way but I ordered tacos asada and pastor along with what was supposed to be a "gordita" it was literally just a rolled open ended burrito. Not sure if they just don't speak good English the guy at the front or if thats what they consider to be a Gordita. The pastor was decent, asada was not good and the "shredded beef" if that's what you call it had a fishy taste. Wife noticed it first and then I did as well. I'm guessing that's why their salsa is extremely spicy to cover up the taste or lack of flavor in their food. Super disappointed and extremely expensive for a taco truck. If you're born and raised out here in denison I can understand you thinking this is decent considering your choices of Mexican food, especially in Texas it's all tex mex. The people were nice but just very overwhelmed and didn't communicate very well with each other.

Instead of asking if you have an online order,they automatically tell you they don't take orders at the register.The app sucks too.When I got the taco pass,it was supposed to be $10 + tax.Since it's supposed to be a free taco a day,I ordered 1.When I got to the restaurant in Sherman,I was told I wouldn't be charged.When I looked at my account,I had $28 missing.The s.o.b.s won't give me my money back.When I got my taco tonight,they gave me no choice of which taco.
