I hate leaving bad reviews but good lord.. i am well award & familiar of the food service industry but the drive through service here sucks essentially late at night after i get off work. They don't greet people when they pull up. I waited over 20 mins & no one responded even said "hello" to acknowledge i was there, my kids at one point asked if we were gonna eat know one had said anything. The guy in front of me was already waiting for who knows how long. When I pulled off there was no one in the windows or in the front area. The wait time was ridiculous & unacceptable. Jack in the box, McDonald's, Sonic, Subway & any other fast food restaurant has always greeted their customers & asked them to wait if they need a few mins & I have always had no problem waiting because i have worked in fast food i know what its like needing a few mins. It has gradually gotten worse over the last few weeks.

I will say Denison Whataburger has really gone down the drain! It should not take over 30min to make 2 Whataburgers when there is no other people waiting in the lobby and only 2 cars in the drive through. Everytime I go in here lately either personally or for food delivery they are way behind. The orders are always wrong and the employees are very rude!!! If I could have rated this place 0 stars I would have especially on the service!!!

They are so miserably slow I sat in the drive thru with one other car and was there for 20 minutes before anyone even asked me for my card and another 15 to get my food. There’s no reason 2 orders of fries should take 35 minutes. It’s fast food for a reason! I hate to be this way I am just frustrated. Going inside is not much better. Why is this location so slow??

They've gone down hill so badly since they were taken over by the group from Chicago. Last few times I've ordered here the vegetables smell rotten and the meat is thin and stringy. Bring my Whataburger back! Please?

Ordered online with the Whataburger app and for whatever reason they used skipkart and they didn’t deliver the food. With no way to contact skipkart I had to call the store. They offered if I came in they would remake the food for me. I went to the store using my roommates car as I don’t have one (had to wake them up). When I got there they only remade the fries and they took 10 minutes to do so. The burgers that “were still hot” were cold in the middle and absolutely disgusting. So deposit that I ordered some chicken tenders off of the app for pickup and they were rubbery and overcooked. If you can go literally anywhere else if you’re ordering food.

i came at 9AM on thursday march 21 and Ethan helped us with our order and he was so polite and helpful and had such a good energy! he handles the morning rush so good and doesn’t let his good energy leave and i appreciate that! Thanks Ethan!
