Prices not updated on drive thru so the totals are higher at window than what is advertised. They won’t update the prices nor honor them. Food is good though.

The cashier and person taking my food order was extremely rude. Very unfriendly and didn't talk to me at the window when handling my food and money. Poor service, rude workers.

Came in quite a few times excellent service I ordered chicken pad Thai and egg drop soup and they got the pad Thai right now gave me incorrect soup with tofu mushrooms and a bunch of other stuff I trust this place can get it right next time and I am able to get the soup I ordered errors do happen it was a little after 8pm and employees are probably tired I trust next time they get it right the food is amazing

Came in on Sunday to eat. Walked in to a baby bottle in the walk way. Then a baby charging at us on a walker. Had to be someone’s kid that worked there. The lady wasn’t trying stop anything. We turned around and left.

I drove thru Panda Express first and was disgusted at the thought of their inconsistent quality, so I drove off. Along the way home, I passed by Wok Xpress and have always been curious to stop and try, but just hadn't before. I swung through the drive-thru and saw the menu selections unsure if I was just looking or ordering. A voice came over the speaker, so what the heck? I might as well try the General Tsos Chicken with fried rice. It was just under $10 with a $1 tip added, not bad at all for what looked like a good meal. I waited at the window and knew it was taking a moment because it was being prepared fresh! I received my order and pulled over for a quick peek, it looked amazing. I might as well take a little bite, too. Well, I sat there on the side of the building in a parking spot and devoured the whole thing just about. The chicken was crispy and well coated, the broccoli was steamed firm to perfection. The rice was the right consistency to grab the sauce. Everything was GREAT about my first visit to Wok Xpress. I'll see y'all very soon!

1st time ordering at this location. The shrimp fried rice still had clumps of white rice in it. The lo mein I ordered was the wrong meat instead of beef the put chicken and same with the chicken fried rice there were clumps of white rice still in it. The taste was not consistent at this Morton Denison location as it is on Sherman and Euless location. Too bad it so convenient for us since we are 10 minutes away. We would have to just drive to Sherman from now on if we want consistency for Wok Express.
Good food. Worst customer service ever especially ordering the drive through. He rushed me to the point I felt like I couldn't order anything else and I don't even think he looked at me. Didn't care at all didn't ask any questions didn't ask me if I wanted condiments.

Waited forever to order ,ordered peppers,onions with brown gravy and added beef. Got home had stir fried rice with dry chewy beef. Service horrible and food even worse. Worth the drive to go to the one in
