highest ratings on the food we can give. Just in town doing some antique shopping. Woodchucks cured the BBQ craving and then some. Friendly folks, fast service and dang good bbq. Will definitely stop in again. The brisket can hold its own against the best around.

Taste really great! Did a large order of 6lbs sausage, 6lbs turkey, 10lbs brisket, and 8lbs pulled pork with a jar of bbq sauce and a jar of gravy. Everything was fresh, warm, and so easy to work with them!

Parking: Lots of parking

Kid-friendliness: Away from the main road and cute bench to sit at.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy place to access

Recommended dishes: Pulled Pork

Great bbq by 2 great guys! Do yourself a favor and get a chopped sandwich with the gravy and an order of beans with cornbread muffins

I drove all the way from carrollton tx 2 days in a row... That's how good this place is... Best bbq I've had in a while, definitely my top 3... I've tried the brisket nachos "my favorite" and the turkey slider, turkey with wurst sandwhich with home made pickles and the brisket baked beans with a jalapeno cornbread muffin, SO

I'm not a turkey guy but these guys made me a believer, some of the best juiciest turkey I've ever had. I also recommend trying their sausage sandwich as well. Very friendly customer service, one of my favorite spots to go for lunch in the area.

Truly amazing barbecue! The turkey was the standout for me, followed closely by the brisketwurst sandwich, but everything else I tried (pulled pork, sausage, brisket, and ribs) I’d readily get a second time. Be sure to ask for the hot gravy, especially if you get the turkey sandwich, and don’t get a side of beans without also getting the jalapeño cornbread muffins. Definitely worth stopping by for lunch, even if you’re just passing through town.

This place knows how to do to Texas BBQ plain and simple. They provide some staple BBQ options like brisket and pulled pork, while also featuring more unique offerings like turkey and brisket-wurst. The turkey and brisket are standouts. They hold strong without additions like sauce, but also take on a new unique flavor profile from their in house gravy and BBQ sauce. Both the turkey and brisket are juicy and tender. The smoky flavor of the brisket is truly outstanding. The brisket-wurst sandwich is worth it to get even if you intend to get sausage and brisket. It really has it's own flavor profile altogether that is another standout. As a KC BBQ woman myself, I did love the pulled pork and it's addition on the menu. The ribs were also stellar. I don't tend to gravitate towards ribs and these really stood out.Back to the sauces above, the gravy is a unique, regional feature that enhance already tender turkey-and honestly goes great on everything and anything. The in house BBQ sauce can compete with even some of the best sauces where BBQ sauce is more popular. The sides stand strong alongside the featured meat. Some individual favorites of mine include the brisket and beans and the jalapeno cornbread (highly recommend a bite of the cornbread, pulled pork, BBQ sauce, and a homemade jalapeno).Take the time to check this place out. It is evident the team puts a lot of time and effort into perfecting their recipes. There are no wrong decisions here. Find the opportunity to try everything on the menu-it will be worth it.

The brisket was well smoked, I mean perfection. Juicy with a good bark. And that gravy! Oh my goodness. I will be coming back.

Been there twice for a quick but wonderful lunch. The guys are friendly and it's easy to pop in white the big rig. The ribs are too notch. It's my new BBQ spot during the work day.

Great breakfast. Fast attentive services. Great price range. I really loved the French toast. It is very busy on weekends.

Came for a baked potato but unfortunately they no longer serve them. So my husband and I decided to try a rib basket, beans and brisket, jalapeño corn bread, potato salad, a chopped brisket sandwich and gravy. We were very pleased and satisfied with the meats smoked flavor and tenderness. The sides were fantastic and the gravy is a must for extra flavor! Thanks Guys! We will be back!
