Went to the 3 o'clock showing of now you see me. We came specifically for the chili cheese dogs that was shown on the online menu. We showed at 230 so that we could order our food and eat before and then order snack part of the way through. The chili cheese dog was on the hard copy of the menu but not in the mobile ordering. So we ordered 2 hot dogs one plain but add queso and herb fries. The other was ordered just how it was listed but add queso. The food came out around 3 o'clock and was completely wrong. Both hot dogs had mustard and relish when one was suppose to be plain. Both were missing the queso and we were also told that chili was not available and mine didnt have the herb fries. I had to go find the lady that was working our theater and let her know what happened. She said she would get mine reordered and have 2 sides of queso.

About another 30 mins went by and they had apparently remade both orders but still forgot queso on my wifes. We decided to just eat the food and enjoy the movie. Around 4:17 they brought us another hotdog order with 2 things of queso. So there was alot of miscommunication or something going on which took away from the movie.

We were going to get other drinks and popcorn but decided it wasnt worthit. We really liked the alamo theaters that we went to when we lived in Colorado but this one just seemed lackluster.

Also on top of all this there is an automatic 18% gratuity added. l but our order wasn't even correct and I had to go find the server just to say our stuff was incorrect. No one evr checked afterwards to even see if we got the correct stuff. Also at the end you get a text saying if you don't click the link to close out your ticket in 20 mins they will close it out and add another 5% tip

Be warned about their new mobile ordering. If you arrive early, you cannot order with a server—you have to scan a QR code to order and you are automatically charged 18% gratuity. So, when the movie began and our food was delivered, both cauliflower baskets were missing the sides of ranch. After the movie starts, you have to fill out a card for the servers. The issue is no one picks up the card. Three cards and thirty minutes later, we finally got our sides of ranch and by that time the food was cold. After leaving the theater, I got a text that if I didn’t click on the link to close out my ticket, they would charge another 5% “gratuity.” I’m not sure what this gratuity is for when my order wasn’t correct and I had to hand deliver three cards to three different servers begging for the ranch that was supposed to come with my food (as listed on the menu). Oh yeah, and they charged me extra for the two sides of ranch. Yowzers, Alamo is off their game.

Went to watch a couple movies. Staff was nice and the ambience is very modern and fun. Highly recommend.

My friend and I are regulars here. We go here 2-4 times a month. We were even planning to see Frankenstein, Bugonia, Regretting You in a sort of marathon this week. We bought tickets online for a 6:45 show, got there at 6:52 and were denied entry. The front desk girl said they can’t let people in past 2 minutes because it may cause a distraction to other guests. However, servers are walking in and out people are getting up to go to the restroom, so i’m unsure of the logic there. We ended up getting a refund. But our seats were in the back by the exit and were left empty, we had our plans ruined, they lost money. Not sure how this benefits anyone. Not to mention how they changed the menu to a QR code and still kept the required 18% service charge… a waiters job is to take my order… and i’m the one putting in my order like make it make sense. Alamo just lost a true patron smh. Don’t go here!

Overpriced as heck. One ticket and one food item cost $40 dollars. Save ur money and go to movie house and eatery.

I went to resolve a billing issue. The manager was understanding, helpful, and fair.

My favorite date night location. I've been sure to return much more often since they closed for a while. The fish n chips is excellent, along with the chicken tenders. I'm doing keto now so it's been a bit hard but last time I got the truffle popcorn and a chicken ceaser and they were both yummy too. I love they play throwbacks. This month I've seen phantasm and nightmare on elm street 3, going to see they live next week. Love it there!

Some of the chairs need replacing in some of the theaters (the fabric is literally crumbling off them).

Food is good but pricey for what you get. And sometimes I have doubts about the level of doneness for my chicken strips (there's juicy and then there's "I wish there was enough light to make sure it's not just raw").

Bottomless popcorn and soft drinks is always excellent!

This place sucks, I would go to Cinemark anyday over this dump.

The movie and experience is good it’s nicely decorated,however the pizza isn’t that good, it’s small and taste weird.

I love Alamo with all my heart. I’ve been going almost every week for the past year and a half until they shut down. And then when they re-opened I was ecstatic. I’ve still been going but I will say so far I’ve had a couple bad experiences. Last week I saw the Substance (great movie) but the service was not good. I ordered a milkshake with the server and witnessed them giving it to the wrong table, but I kept waiting and waiting for about 35 minutes and at that point I wrote on the order card “I didn’t receive it and now I don’t want it anymore.” They didn’t even say sorry or anything. Today, I was going to see another movie but unfortunately I was running a little late due to traffic. Showed up about 12 minutes late, (the previews are still going) and they refused to let me in after being a loyal customer. I’ve been there so many times and have seen people show up late all the time, so I was confused as to why they wouldn’t let 2 people in when they let other people in late. I have the season pass and try to support Alamo, but after this looks like I’m going to have to take a break. Really heartbroken about this but it is what it is.

Food was good and the venue is always clean and quiet. Unfortunately tonight they were out of chocolate chip cookies ?
