OK so thought this place would be good based on reviews both online and from friends but sorely disappointed today with my breakfast tacos. I ordered a potato and egg taco and the egg has zero seasoning/salt, the edges of the tortilla were hard/stale (tore them off), and the potatoes were full-on raw and hard (had to pick them all out). Won't be going back ever.

I love everything about this place! Every time I go, I have a great experience. The food is awesome, and the torta is arguably the best one in Denton! If you like good authentic Mexican food. This is a MUST!!

Ambro’s is hands down the best authentic Mexican food spot I’ve tried in Denton- their food is of extremely high quality and you definitely get a bang for your buck. There’s a warm and welcoming atmosphere present as soon as you walk through the door which is very relaxing. If you go and visit, Leo will be there to greet you. He is extremely pleasant and helpful, and really takes care of every customer which is lovely to experience. You’re missing out if you don’t try this place y’all.
