The service was horrible. We sat down and went 10 minutes before being greeted and then it took another 15 to get our drinks. I was there 3 hours with my table being ignored for 20 minutes at a time. It seemed like they only had two employees working.

Waste of space. Waited over 15 minutes to even be seated. The girl at the bar kept looking over, one employee sitting at the bar, and another on the phone. Ended up walking out. Need to put something else here where the employees will actually participate in customer service.

Waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. When we got a server I tried to make their job easier by ordering everything at once. 15 minutes later we got drinks. People sat after us got their food then about another 25 minutes later we finally got food. Food was overcooked and cold from sitting in the kitchen too long. Waiters were more interested in hanging out behind the bar with all the regulars. When we got our food, we had to wait a other 5 minutes to get silverware to even be able to eat. The music was super loud playing inappropriate music. Note the restaurant wasn't even half full so they can't blame it on being busy. If you can't run a restaurant any better than this just close your doors close this location.

Waited on appetizer for 50 minutes then finally an hour later got our burger and fry that looked like a kids meal! It was so disappointing from what they usually do! Manager said they are having to cut down on food portions?! Waitress was very rude and brought us drinks we didn’t order then wanted us to pay for them !tried to charge us 3x what the bill should’ve been after all this tried to charge us full price for 1/2 price appetizer she recommended! I rarely do negative reviews but this was too much gone wrong! Only 4 -5 customers there so don’t understand why it took so long to get food so sad cause I loved this place…hopefully this is not the way they are now?

Waitstaff had little to no interest in customer service. Only 1 couple in restaurant, waiting on a waitress who never showed up, only to have a family of 6 come in and be seated. Then their orders were taken, and we still had no menu. Waitstaff stood in back talking and never approached.

Went out for a dinner date with my husband and decided on Applebees for the $3 beers and Margaritas. Our server, Branden was amazing, very attentive and personable. He started by greeting us at the door and quickly showed us to our table near the bar. The bar was incredibly busy but our server made our drinks and brought them out within a decent time. My Margarita was super tasty. We ordered the mozzarella sticks which were amazing but the rest of the food was just okay. Took a little bit for it to get out to us. Ended up waiting for food more than the two rounds of drinks we had. Overall the service was exceptional but food was mid.

The worst place I ever have been the waitress went missing when I was looking for him to get my food right cause he brought me the steak bloody took it back to get it as i wanted. Came back after 10 minutes with the same steak not cooked then I was waiting for that guy to come so I could get the check to pay and leave the place. I didn’t even touch my plate had to pay with a little discount for something that wasn’t cooked right and my brother got a burger his food wasn’t good too never going back to that place. Waitress were missing all the time. Saw people waiting at the door for some to come out of the back to get them a table.

The food is always on point. I love the salmon and broccoli plate. It’s always cooked perfectly. Service was good and restaurant was clean.

Server was so great the entire time but the food was some of the worst I’ve ever had. Both me and my girlfriend left without finishing our food.

This place has went to trash, our waiter was constantly missing in action, nothing to clean our hands with. The food is absolutely garbage, ordered the bone-in wings. I swear they put the whole container of Buffalo sauce on the wings, no presentation on the plate. Definitely no manger in sight to complained to. The customers at the bar was using loud foul language with children presence. Will not be going back.

Never order from here! I ordered food through Uber for Christmas dinner, and it arrived 3 hours later. The steak was ice cold, and the burger was missing. I was so upset that I called the restaurant directly, and the staff member who answered was extremely rude. This is the worst Christmas ever.

I wouldn't eat the food here if it was given to me for free, but they have GREAT beer prices.
