Ordered two meals. We had sandwiches with no cheese on it. Burnt and doughy mac and cheese balls. The Reuben was a Ralph. Angela, the 'manager' stated that it was our drivers responsibility to check if the order was right. The order came with a stapled bag, and I'm pretty sure that driver's are not suppose to open sandwiches and check. Matthew...a new 'manager' got on the phone and offered that we can come and pick up a side of cheese and sauce either today or tomorrow. Honestly, no resolution, no help. If we had a way there, we would have not paid for delivery. Crappy service all together. Arby's vs Temu pics shown.

Super disappointed. Ordered through the app to get the $9.99 meal deal w/the burger. Had plenty of condiments on the order, received none, as well as no napkins. Luckily we decided to eat in store, so we were able to get them ourselves. Then I go to remove the 1st burger & it's not even wrapped. My fingers go straight into the burger & toppings & took 3 tries to get it out w/out completely destroying it. Still came out all mangled & hands filthy. 0 customer service when getting it from the counter & noone ever checked on any customers while we were there. & The were not busy at all. One would think with all that time on their hands they could be friendly & get orders correct.

Fortunately for me I did not read the reviews before visiting this location. I had been seeing the advertisement for the burger so I decided to try it and I'm so glad I did. This was the most succulent burger that I've had in a while. I myself was very pleased with the customer service. I ordered the deluxe burger and after consuming it I really really wanted to drive back and order another one but I resisted.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They need to work on their greetings. So rude. I came through drive thru. lady said “order when you are ready” I said “thank you, i’m ready to order.” she said “ yes I can hear you, just order.” In a rude tone by the way. I came to the window she gave me a mean ugly look and wasn’t genuine. I have experienced this type of service in some other locations like Plano, Dallas, Denton. To be honest this type of services makes me almost not worth getting Arby’s.

Noticed the remodel but its not gonna make a difference for respectable folks that would like to dine in. I chose to have lunch there today and noticed before I walked in that the employees were standing around and another was sitting and on her phone. But my biggest complaint is the fact that the manager is utilizing the dinning area as a daycare. She had her kid ( boy ) sitting in the dinning area with paying customers and was moving around , making noises etc. Also it looks like she allowed her boyfriend or baby's daddy coming in and out the place. This is uneceptable. Arby's is not your daycare. I could go on about the parents or parent but this complaint is strictly for the business aspects. Arby's.... let's handle this please! As I will not be back because of these issues. Thanks Jay.
