The teenage Boy with short brown hair kept giving me rude looks and when I asked for cheese he didn’t say a word. Didn’t get his name but he does not have good customer service.

The woman working the front was very rude. We ordered an un-salted pretzel bites, paid for them, and received salted bite. Even though, we spoke to the small person (who by no means, greeted us or asked if we would like to order), she answered that they don’t have those pretzels that were ordered. Just overall, she was unpleasant to speak with and she also did not have a name tag. Not sure if she’s the manager or is acting manager, but she was very rude to customers.

I ate pretzels here and felt weird after he definitely put stuff in pretzels food is laced

First time ever coming to Auntie Anne’s and I got the pepperoni pretzel bites with cheese and I really enjoyed my experience since I was from out of town and the employees were very nice friendly and helpful so can’t wait to go back when it’s in my state

I ordered Uber eats and the pretzel dog and pretzel bits were both raw horrible just horrible 7/13

They took an order for delivery and canceled it an hour after it was supposed to be delivered without explanation and refused a refund. Thieves.

We came for a pretzel (what they're famous for). Not only did they not have pretzels, but they weren't making any. Only pretzel bites. So we settled for those. 5 employees behind the counter, we were the only customers, and still had to wait 8 minutes for our bites. Won't be back.

Went at 4:30 on a Saturday asked for a pepperoni pretzel stated they were not making anymore for the rest of the day so i asked what time they close and the worker said 7. So they don't close for over 2 hours but not making anymore pretzels!? I understand they get busy and get behind and I don't mind waiting and coming back later but to not make anymore is ridiculous

Probably the only location wherein they are out of products half the time and don't actually have anything to sell until late into the day past their opening hours. I've gotten told to come back multiple times. I don't really get how this isn't a problem at many other much busier locations.Edit: A week later and still no refund for the 30$ that was charged onto my account.
