BBiBBi – Bubble Tea & Cup Bop

I ordered 2 taiyaki, buldak, tteukbbokki, fried rice, 1 appetizer, and 2 boba drinks, meant for two person . It’s plenty for two people, I totally understand. But after I placed the order, the lady from the kitchen comes to us and starts to fuss at both of us for ordering too many and should’ve called ahead. I’m sorry, but this is my first time here, and didn’t see any advertising that info anywhere. I apologized and told her that I didn’t know. But she just continued to fuss and complain, which I understand where she is coming from and how frustrating it is, but why tell that to a customer who had NO idea? She told us to be more mindful for next time, but there won’t be a next time. Congratulations, you lost what little customer you had left. Maybe manage your staff a bit better? Or lessen the food items so you’re not overworking your workers? Definitely won’t be here to see the change though.

i went in 30 minutes before close (i admit, that’s kinda cutting it, but the boba craving was big) the girl took my friends order, made his drink and then walked away while i just stood there at the order place. she stared me in the eyes and ignored me. i’m hurt but luckily Taiyaki Sweets just a block away is open later and tasted much better

The staff today was rude, and they weren’t that busy so I couldn’t understand the attitude. I left and walked down the street and received much kinder customer service from taiyaki. I feel bad for ownership when staff does this to customers.

Hadn’t been since before they installed the kiosk. Tried to order from it and it wouldn’t let me scroll down to select the ice option 2 out of the 3 times I tried and therefore I could not check out. Tried to get help on it or see if we could check out at the register instead and the woman working the counter was extremely rude to my friend when she asked for help on it.

Ordered a tea thinking it be iced as I indicated and what was on the photo but it came out in a little cup as a hot tea. This is crazy to spend $6 on a hot tea. Tried to get matcha milk tea and they charged extra for the milk. Literally makes no sense! Don't waste your money here.

I suggest going to the shop next door to ibaco for boba cause it’s practically the same and much cheaper. At Bbibbi, you have to pay extra for a basic ingredients in the drink like milk. So it’s advertised as $5, but when you order, it’s more like $9. The workers seem busy with each other but the shop itself is cute with single seats mostly by the windows.

The drinks were decent but nothing special, and the service was underwhelming. One of the claw machines took my money, and unfortunately the staff couldn’t do anything about it.

The food is super tasty and very filling. It is a little pricy but I say it’s well worth it. Only downside was there isn’t any Wi-Fi so might not be the best place to study

Each time I came here I loved it. Their Taro milk tea is just to die for. I really love it. I enjoy the strawberry popping boba in it, but the traditional tapioca is great aswell, just not my favorite.
I tried the Buldak spicy carbonara with a fried egg from here. Magical. I love ramen and boba - they do it great justice here. I will always come back. I need to try the taiyaki here.

To start off, the drink that I got was a black sugar boba, it was good, but definitely overpriced. They charge you for milk, even though the drink should automatically come with that already. Any add ins, including boba, is an extra dollar. The lady that was at the front when I walked in was very unfriendly and doesn’t seem to have good customer service, she’s the older one it seems. When I tried ordering at the counter while she was standing in front of it, she immediately told me to order at the kiosk, she was just standing there. I’ve ordered before at the counter with a younger worker, and she took it no problem. Overall drinks are good but overpriced, and the service varies.

The white girl at the counter was very rude and off putting to my gf and I. I was waiting in line to order on the touchscreen and hadn’t seen any employees yet and needed to go to the bathroom. The employee walked to the front and I asked for the bathroom code and she told me it was for customers only. I was actively waiting in line by the way. I told her I was waiting to order and had to go and she said I couldn’t unless I bought something. MIND YOU- I was in line at the kiosk to get my drink. So I was like okay well can I order with you and she was annoyed by that. I placed my order and paid and asked for the bathroom code and she gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes and handed it over. Terrible customer service. Very rude girl. Her coworker in the back was even giving her side eye I swear.

Cute store, but they closed early so we couldn't order.

Solid overall. Good quality drinks, and clean space. Nothing too crazy or special.
