Blind fox is run by a great team with creative and DELICIOUS ideas. The kimchi mac and cheese, Korean meatball bao, and spicy drunken noodles are excellent. And the curry chicken salad is truly delicious. AND being parked behind Denton county brewing company only adds to the experience. Definitely don’t sleep on this.

Literally the best kung pao tofu I’ve ever had in my life. The kimchi Mac and cheese is amazing too.This truck lives outside of Denton County Brewing Co., and is open Thursday-Sunday. They have pork/ chicken on the menu too if you aren’t into tofu.Vegetarian options: They have the best tofu in Denton.

If you haven’t tried this you don’t know what you’re missing! First time here and it was amazing!! We had the KOREAN BBQ MEATBALL BAO BUN….wow! They were sooo good! Also had the kimchi Mac and cheese, yall this is absolutely the cheesiest most amazing Mac and cheese you can get! So so good! And we also had the wings, they were also really good, with a mildly sweet, mildly spicy sauce. I couldn’t recommend this place more.
