I and my family love Braums but the reason why I gave them a thee star review was because they forgot my daughters gravy and they put it on the receipt twice.

This big white manager talking mess and gives my 13 year old daughter a nasty look and tells her what are you looking at. I confronted her and she lied. I was ready I'm not gonna lie .no one had hair nets on and one girl from the drive thru her hair was everywhere. This one because so trash. The ice cream they Made for everyone was a mess. We will go to the university one for no on. Can't wait to speak to someone from corporate.
Pretty standard for a Braum's. A decent burger, could have been a little warmer. Unfortunately I think I got the bottom of the basket when it came to french fries. About 90% of mine were less than an inch long. Still tasted good........ Just a lot more difficult to eat. LOL ?But, overall, a fairly average experience.

This is the worst Braun’s I’ve ever been to. Been here a handful of times. Returned the food twice when even the employees said they wouldn’t have eaten it. The service sucks and staff are clueless. Go to the one on University.
