I ordered the Uber eats a buy one get one free. I did not know that I had to purchase two orders to get the free one I am missing a half order. Oh well Better luck next time My boneless wings had barely had any sauce on them. I love my wings saucy , the chocolate cake is moist it is great that is good. Hopefully I will have a better experience next time.

From the moment I walked in, Olivia has been amazing. It’s pretty dead in here this time of day but she is moving around this place like there is 500 people in her section. I am very impressed. She is also very personable while interacting with the customers. Outstanding customer service skills. The food is amazing as always!

Salad had rubbery chicken and lowest quality lettuce I’ve ever had. Half of my salad was the center parts of lettuce and wilted and discolored.

Better to go. We get b dubs every Thursday to go but this time we ate in and the experience was very sub par. Our server over shared a lot, kept telling us when he was going to the bathroom and made every request into a 30 second monologue about why he could or could not do the request. Also, he was just not good at his job (took forever to get anything done), didn't know where basic menu items were and made really really bad jokes. The food was mid except for the apps which were pretty good. Just get it to go.

Just got home and wanted to leave a nice review. Came here with my dad and his girlfriend who were visiting me for a couple days and it wasn't busy which is nice. Came at a good time before the dinner rush and we had a really nice experience. The food was good, first time I tried Mango Habanero wings, didn't expect them to be as spicy but I guess my tolerance went down in the past year but hey I didn't finish them but I got some leftovers for lunch tomorrow (always a good thing) my dad and his girlfriend both loved their food as well. And also the service was outstanding (little shout out to Olivia) she was really cool and down to earth. It's always cool to talk and interact with a server, you get to know them, they get to know you and then you become a regular if you are the type of person the likes to go out to eat. Which I am not but if I do I know that I can to Buffalo Wild Wings get some good food and also know I'm welcomed by the friendly staff that provide great service.

I’m not a big fan of sauced wings, on my visit last week I told her a plain wings so that I could control the sauce amount but it did not work out and she gracefully changed my order to a Bacon Double and I still didn’t get my fix for wings

We had the 2 for $20 burger meals and was very surprised. The smashed burger was really good. Super value and would definitely recommend.
Always good to see the same servers and they remember what we want. Sofia is a delightful server. The genuine interactions are great enjoy the rewards program.

I ordered takeout a few days ago and one item was left out. I called and spoke to the manager and since I didn’t want to drive back to the restaurant, she said they would credit my card for the item. A few days later, I saw the credit on my card, however, it was less than the cost of the item.

Trashy food, really bad service, while I was there 3 people call and return for their wrong orders. I was like, ok. And guess what same thing here, my order was sitting in the hot box for more than 5 min because the two funny young girls was just talking and the manger came and said. Sorry I apologize, rude and she don’t care her job.

Here’s is a break down of our visit.
Arived - Waited 15min to be seated (open seats everywhere, and no one acknowledge the crowd that was forming at the door.
Seated - Waited 20min for someone to even come up to the table.
Order - Apitizers took another 10min to come out (chips and salsa) Waited 45min for our actual food time come out.
Check - we asked for the check in advanced due to how long everything was taking, but still took 20min.
We spent 2.5 hours here and felt invisible the whole time. The service here was the worst I have ever experienced at any restaurant.
