Consistently ignores order requests, fairly frequently gets you the wrong item entirely. Ordered impossible whopper with a couple adds, got a completely different sandwich with the wrong size side.

I've been here many time, but every time they get the order wrong and miss something. I also observed that they won't change the gloves after they touched beef patty and making veg or chicken burger. This is really serious violation. And I observed employees scratching their head and body parts with the gloves on and serving with the same gloves.

I've been to other Burger Kings but this one seals the deal. I went here 3 weeks ago and then again today, both were a major disappointment. Both times, burgers were completely unedible because they were burnt and shouldn't have been served. Fries were mediocre and the milkshake that was supposed to be chocolate was only vanilla. What a huge disappointment. Don't spend your money or flex dollars here, just go to Eagle Landing or FlatTop Grill in the food court in the Union if you're looking for a good burger on UNT campus.
