Not sure about the bad reviews, because I LOVE this location! Fries are always perfectly salty, crispy, hot. I've never gotten any food from here that didn't meet my expectations or go above and beyond. They ARE understaffed and often there's a wait, but they really do their best with that obstacle. Weston on the drive thru is the friendliest person ever and a total rock star, definitely will perk up a crappy day and you can't leave without smiling. The app is always running amazing deals, and the area is super convenient. Happiness is fries on the drive home that don't make it home 😂

Can’t even go here because there is a homeless tweaker walking the parking lot, there were 3 people sitting in the entry way and looked like they were doing drugs. This is ridiculous.
