I stopped by this Burger King hoping for a quick bite, but what I got instead was a 20-minute wait for a simple double cheeseburger. Absolutely ridiculous. At that point, I could have walked into a Chili’s, sat down, and had my meal served faster.
To be honest, I’m not even sure why I came here in the first place—I’ve never been the biggest fan. But after this experience, I can say with certainty that I won’t be back. If this is their normal pace of service, I have no clue how they’re still in business. Repeat customers? Hard to imagine.
If you’re craving fast food, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else—because "fast" is definitely not on the menu here.

Large menu item selection i love the staff here and the cleanliness of the restaurant the food is always fresh and you can also request fresh specials are very good as well thank you dont forget to try the wraps they are so good

I'm always a little nervous around burger King, but this experience I had was great. I love the burgers and their flavor! The interesting thing was when we pulled up some firefighters and EMTs were there helping out a dude. Even with that going on the people behind the counter were helpful. Didn't seem like too many people were working there, so it was a little slow, but it's fine I'm a patient fella.

After working sixteen hours at my second job, I was really looking forward to getting a Bacon King burger and a large order of fries. The google page said that it would be open until midnight. So I pulled into the drive thru at 11:18PM really looking forward to giving this restaurant some money so I could get something to eat. Even though the google sight said it would be open until midnight and the sign that said open signs was on, the recording at both drive through speakers said that they were closed. Why is it that every damned Burger King opened in Denton can't seem to get things together?
Made a mobile order while the open sign is on and workers in the building and they refuse to give service, put up a sign or state they close

No kids toys for kids meals, no frozen yogurt instead of toys. Nothing offered for substitution, instead they SOLD me some cookies. No cheese on my wife's burger, they just handed her a piece of cheese... Unprofessional and understaffed.
