Food is good but don’t expect your food on time if you order ahead. Had to wait for 45 minutes after my promised time and 30 minutes another time. It’s frustrating that they get the people in line food before mine after already waiting. Might as well go through the line.

I used to love this Cava when it opened but it went down hill drastically. I have constantly issues with this location so today I decided I won’t visit/order from this place again.I ordered online two bowls, both of them were wrong again and the whole packaging was greasy. My lamb meatballs tasted veeery awkward. I remember the first time trying them, they were delicious, juicy and fresh. Today, they tasted old, hard and dry.1) DON‘T order online. They do whatever they want to. They constantly leave out ingredients, serving size is very poor. Very frustrating when you come home with your picked up food, excited to eat, seeing that bowl of a mess with only half of the ingredients you paid for. And it’s not cheap. That’s so wrong!2) The current employees have an attitude. Unfriendly and don’t make you feel welcomed. What happened???3) The food station used to be fresh and clean, now it’s the opposite. It’s ALWAYS halfway empty (on a random afternoon) and they get obviously annoyed when you order any ingredient that is empty (meaning: they don’t wanna grab a refill) even if I offer to wait… Excuse me, *I* pay for it?!4) Tables & food station are dirty and filthy. Also, it seems like they replaced the dine in bowls with paper take away bowls, I guess that’s easier to clean up. However, the trash is always full.Management needs to act quickly and improve many things, otherwise people will spend their money elsewhere, just like me.

The two employees, Azecena and Amy, have helped me multiple times this semester and last and have always been very kind to me. I've never seen them not smiling and not being as friendly as anyone could be during lunch rushes when people are almost out the door. I've been to other CAVA locations with people I typically eat with at this location, and we always agree on how much more we prefer University Drive.
The employee who served me today was Anthony. It was my first time at Cava and he did a wonderful job explaining how everything worked, and answered any questions I had. I'll definitely be back soon!

Went here a while ago and forgot to leave this review. I believe it was Quinn helping me out. They were slammed and for a while he was the only one making food. Young guy with tattoos- he absolutely killed it!! Smooth worker, dancing while he made orders, super personal, and he was super funny. Made the experience memorable and fun. Will definitely be back!!

Usually out of half the ingredients needed, but never bother to tell you. Workers all seem checked out and unwilling to help. Every time I have been there the customer service has been one of the worst in town. Food taste great... if they have it.Need a severe management overhaul because we will not be going again. Already trying other places in town instead.

I love this cava! The food is always fresh and delicious. The employees are great esp one in particular, Maci, she made me feel welcome with her smile, she was very sweet answering my question's. She is one of the main reasons I continue to come to cava. She honestly deserves a promotion and a raise. THANK YOU SO MUCH MACI, Cava def needs more of you!!!

Jaz was such a sweet guy and really created a friendly environment wit his cute smile!
Came in between 1:30pm and 2pm on a Friday. Every single table was filthy. Trash in the back hall all the way to the bathroom. Food looked crusty on the line. Staff were quite unpleasant. I felt like an inconvenience. Out of falafel. Pita chips are crazily over seasoned. It was great when it opened but has gone completely down hill.

Very unclean. Red meat wound up in my chicken and I do not eat red meat. Trash was everywhere!! Dirty dirty tables and staff was highly unpleasant. Non meat options were out and when asked about a wait time for it they said no. Very very disappointing
