Everytime my boyfriend and I go here he orders the same thing. A number 1 deluxe, no tomato’s, WITH pepper jack cheese. Not a spicy deluxe, a regular deluxe. But without fail every single time, he recieves a spicy deluxe. They hear pepper jack cheese and assume he means the spicy deluxe. I worked at chick fil a for a while and this is abysmal. If you assume you get it wrong. Talk to the order takers and stop giving people spicy deluxe sandwiches when they clearly ask for a regular...
The fries were phenomenal, I got the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich, it was put together well, my only gripe is them not putting the sauce on the sandwich, can only get it in packets to put on yourself, the wait was not bad at all considering it was wrapped around the building when I got in line, the worst part was when the worker went to grab the payment card from my hand she full coughed into her hand and then grabbed the card, nasty 🤢 👎
Going here tonight made my night. The workers are great and the atmosphere is wonderful. I’ve never had such a good experience at Chick-fil-A before please give these workers a raise!!!!
