I'm glad this place will be closing soon. I usually have no problem with getting a bag of fries here but today was ridiculous. Tables are always dirty. Staff confuses orders. Today I told a team member to please bear with me as I moved my car closer to the union so I won't be towed. In less than 10 minutes, I returned to an almost locked building. I approach the counter and ask for my FRESH food and I'm told they threw it all away. This is not the first time I've picked up food from a closed restaurant. It was so unprofessional and passive aggressive to throw it all away. Then I was argued with when I asked for a refund (more than twice). I hope the one on the upper floor will be better.

Simply asked for water for for my service dog as it was very hot outside and was greeted by the great hospitality of being charged 30 cents on the spot?? for a fractional amount of water not even for me? NO Hospitality in these people and even tried to make me feel bad for even asking, crazy.

If you’re a student at UNT looking for a fast meal in between classes do NOTTTTT! Go to the union’s CFA!! You will end up waiting for 10-15 minutes for 1 meal. The front of house staff is so bad, they will leave bags out on the counter for extended periods of time. So long I just end up having to go check if the food is mine. They accused my friend at the beginning of the semester saying she was stealing food even after she showed her receipt. They need a new system ASAP.

Went a bit ago today and got a basic chik fil a sandwich meal, could not even finish it because of how insane my stomach pain after was. I ended up throwing up and my stomach still hurts a lot. Definitely do not eat here unless you want food poisoning!

The food is as good as any other location but the front counter makes a lot of mistakes. Orders get forgotten, orders sit on the counter and don't get called, stuff like that. They are fine at taking orders but are poor getting them sent back out. More people on one station =/= greater efficiency.

The fries were very oily and too much salt with i had to reorder them and even then , they were dripping in oil and were very salty.
