They will get your order wrong, guaranteed. It's happened all of the last 6 times I've been there. Got 2 pieces in a 4-piece combo, wrong drink, wrong side, forgot my pie, gave me 2 gravy cups instead of my side, etc... It's never the same employees, so management clearly does not train/equip workers properly. Recently sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes before they even opened the window (I was the only one in line). I love Chicken Express, but this location is a huge letdown.

I got the chicken liver dinner delivers were hot and fresh the fried okra was fresh very salty and the employees could use a little bit more friendliness while serving people

Love this location. Always very friendly and very clean. Outside tables to eat as well which to me is a big deal. Right beside the UNT campus so always plenty of college kids inside. Been going here for many years without ever having a single problem.
