Got lunch on my way back home from bringing my son back from the doctor, went through the drive-through got home and meal was overcooked and dried out. Stupid policy of needing the food for a refund or replacement! Will probably not come back to this location!

I eat here on lunch break many times a week for years. Im really picky about fast food but this location is amzing. Food is always fresh and crispy. Service is always awesome. Tons of food for cheap too. #wildcat special. The food is ready very quick and they usually throw in a few extra strips.

Chicken usually is from the warmer but ok. The sides they usually fry fresh. So hot okra and hot hushpuppies. Rolls are good so are the drinks.

They closed at 8pm instead of 9pm even though on google it said it closes at 9pm.
Superb service and savory food, distinguished by politeness and helpfulness. Following my son's accidental dropping of his Coke, a courteous young lady quickly offered timely assistance with the cleanup, displaying no annoyance or concern. Outstanding teamwork, I appreciate it immensely. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Serving chicken nugget sized chicken tenders for $17 should be criminal. Spoke to a manager and received bad customer service. Why wouldn’t you put extra nuggets to make up for the size difference.

Ordered a 3 piece mixed combo and received three small wings and all were cold. complete disappointment. If I wanted just wings I would have ordered from wingstop and received hot fresh food. Ubereats 6A0B1
