My boyfriend and I had an appointment in Denton TX and stop at Chili’s to have lunch. We were definitely surprised about the food, service and atmosphere in the restaurant. We have visited them in other state and also seemed disappointed in something but they definitely hit all the boxes. They were great in every way looking forward to visiting it again we have lots of appointments in that area. Thank you again for the great food and service. I wished we took pictures of our food (lol) but we were very hungry next time I will.

Today I decided to visit this location to try the new menu offerings, my party of three and I were immediately seated. Despite the restaurant being mostly empty aside from our table, we experienced a significant failure in service. We waited 20 minutes without any staff member approaching our table to take our order. A server from another section was visible and appeared to notice us but did not come over to provide assistance. Due to the unacceptable delay in service, we felt compelled to leave. This poor experience prevented us from trying your new menu, and I would appreciate your attention to this lapse in basic customer care.

Why is this location always so dirty? Had to ask wait staff to clean our table. Sat down in the bar area and all other tables had plates, food, trash,etc all over. Now I get being in the weeds, Been there 100%. But the best part, the manager was literally leaning against the front wall staring outside into the Abyss .😳😳 Hello!! Get yourself in gear sir and help out your team! They are clearing struggling and you are doing absolutely nothing! ZERO effort. As a fellow GM, I have zero respect for you sir! We watched people walk in and wait and wait and left bc there was not a hostess or anyone acknowledging their presence. And because of that, we will NEVER return to this location. Couldn’t leave faster.
